First time stopping in here. The cartage I wanted was super expensive compared to other shops and the 20% charge for non-med customers is a bad policy. Add tax to that and it's impossible to tell if you're getting ripped off. But the service was ok and they had some good deals on cheap flower.

They had 420 "deals" posted and when I got there on 4/20, they wouldn't honor the deal and then claimed it was Leafly's fault that the deal was posted.

Don't go here if you appreciate medical. The budtender I had was more concerned about their profit than the patient. I just walked out without buying anything. Don't let them fool you, its a business not a dispensary. Keep your recreation away from my medical please.

Why does Scott still work here? I had to go to this location because the BLVD was low on dabs and it was annoying!!!! I placed my order on Dutchie for 5 grams of dabs. The total came to around $60... when I got there, it was Scotty and he threw a little sissy fit because my medical card was new and not in the system yet so he snatches it out of my hand and huffs and puffs as he enters my info into the computer. The whole time I hear him sighing and breathing heavy so I say "sorry dude I didnt realize it wasn't in the system"... he says "no biggie".... (still huffing and puffing about being "inconvenienced" to HAVE to do his job!)... I go to pay and he says like $96.00 when it should be $60.00.... so I get to my car after paying and the price didn't seem right so I check it on my calculator several different ways and I keep getting $60.00 on the calculator so I go back to the door which is an issue because of quarantine now I have to deal with the security again and try to explain the price issue. he calls Scotty to the front and explains the issue... Scott gets upset and starts arguing with me at the front door, then a pizza guy shows up trying to deliver a pizza so Scott reaches over me to grab the pizza as if I am not even there and acts like he's going to grab his pizza and avoid me. but the security guard snatched the pizza up and said "I'll take the pizza in so you can deal with this issue"... So Scott wants me to stand there and show him on my calculator how its wrong. I show him 3 different ways and he still don't believe me. So then I ask for a manager and have to sit and explain as well to the manager how I get $60 but they keep coming up with $96.... The manager realizes Scotty put a cartridge in my order when it was to be a gram of live resin charging me more. Scotty is pacing back and forth and slams the cash register closed all violently and the whole time I'm standing here being called a liar while I show them on the calculator I keep coming up with a total of $60.00. They realize the mistake FINALLY and while they we're proceeding to "fix" the issue they decided since I did nothing wrong and was RIGHT the whole time so they have to try to find something wrong right? So the new guy looks at me and says "if you are a medical patient and you are going to be coming inside the store you HAVE to wear a mask for the coronavirus!!!" I was wearing a mask on the way in and the security told me to take it off so they can see who I am!!!! So the whole time they are fixing my order they are sitting there drilling me about not wearing a mask and telling me where to go online to purchase a mask!!! The manager has me doing math over and over and wants to see how I keep coming up with the price it should be... as if I am lying and trying to scam them. So now instead of offering me another lame 15% off card that nobody is ever able to use the manager gives me a pack of rolling papers for the inconvenience! As if that solves the fact that EVERY time I shop here it is ALWAYS an issue of some sort! It is highly unprofessional and constant harrassment just to be able to spend money here! WHY DO I ALWAYS GET SCOTT AS A BUDTENDER AND WHY IS THERE ALWAYS A PROBLEM? If you don't want to work than quit working but don't project your BS ATTITUDE on to the customers every day!!!! It amazes me the amount of times you see a budtender in bad reviews yet he stills is employed! If this jerk didn't work here this would still be my go to dispensary but as long as SCOTT works here you will only get my money when no other location has what I need!

I wasn't pleased when I first went here due to the quality of meds and the staff was a bit rude.

This is my preferred dispensary. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & some of them are pretty damn bangin too ;) Over the last several months there have been many improvements and upgrades. The environment is very sociable and welcoming. Triple A plus +++

Rudy is the homie. But everyone their is very friendly and helpful. Top notch flower at cheaper price then you’ll find other places. Would recommend to anyone

Bliss is the best club I've been to so far. The owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the medications. The atmosphere is chill and welcoming. I recommend this place to everyone I meet who is OMMP certified. Come see for yourself.

Be prepared to bring more than one ID if your photo ID is old (even if it isn't expired.) Service gets 2 stars because, though the prices are the highest I have seen yet (cheapest stuff was 10 per gram), they only gave me .989 grams, whereas everywhere else seems to give over 1 gram. The weed I got was decent, but there is way better stuff for less money at other places.

Giant restored firehouse sets the background to a wonderful dispensary filled with top shelf medication. Clean,safe, with an outstanding selection. Very nice people.

Cannabliss- The Firehouse is on point! High quality Goods at Awesome prices! This spot is a must for Medical patients as they have some of the best quality $99 ounces in town! The Top Shelf is stocked with Beauties that you will see in other shops $12-$15 a gram, but here for only $9 a gram! The staff is great! Very polite & helpful! The other location at SE 87TH & Powell is more of the same! Cannabliss has become my new go to spot and will continue to be as long as they keep running it like this! Check 'em out!

Will never return. They don’t know what an Illinois drivers license looks like and accused me (30yr old black male) of a fake ID

Used to be a great place when it was a 'farmers market ' however the service level is bad and the suggested donation makes no sense at all now.... Feels like it's too corporate . Buy an OZ for one price , then each 1/8 is at the high 1/8 th donation . WILL NOT BE BACK

What happened to this place? Came here for years stopped for about six months came back and service has gone down the pipes. It starts when you get your ID scanned at the door by somebody with an attitude. I asked why am I do you got scanned he looked at me and said I don’t know, why does it matter and gave me an I don’t care look. Walked in ask for the manager asked why my ID was scanned manager had a very rational response, it was due to the influx of fake IDs being used. I asked the manager to please explain that to the front door security person. Person helping me was polite unfortunately the place does not have the prices of the flower, Came back from the ATM was asked how much do I want? Lol. How about show me the prices. Because of Covid apparently they cannot have menus, OK understandable put a board on the wall. After I asked the gentleman helping me what were the price points, I’ve been had someone from the other side of the room give them to me, The whole experience was laughable I’m not sure I’ll return.

Nice place! Friendly staff are happy to answer questions. Very chill location, many options of flower, and concentrates.

Recently went for my first visit and was thoroughly pleased with the staff and the selection. I have already recommended the shop to friends. I plan on being a repeat customer.

Still haven't received a call from the owners!! Had a legitimate complaint about staff's lack of knowledge. Got a great deal on a new Truly Pure pen. Wish they had more selection of RSO.

My favorite stop for high quality edibles. Their other stuff is good, too, but the edibles here are amazing.

they say they recycle containers if you bring them back, i brought mine back the girl at the Burnside location said they don't take them back its not good for contamination purpose, she also was rude about it and acted like she didn't care about what she said, dark hair bad service always, also raises prices previously advertised on leafly. I stopped going there but its so close to my house i just don't want to deal with this rude employee she really does not have the personality to be a budtender.

I liked this place better when I could get an eighth of 20%+ THC flower for less than $40. Last 3 visits have been a disappointment.

I got good, inexpensive bud here, and the gal who helped me gave me some amazing life advice that I am very grateful for. And it's in a firehouse, parking is not a problem, and you can stop here on your way to Division to eat amazing food while high. What more could you want? Oh, yeah, the bud... was just fine. Would recommend.

Placed completely changed from when it first opened, not the same good quality in flower an the prices for the quality is just ridiculous.
