I directly contradict anyone who says that this place is low quality. Extremely convenient location, good people, and good product. Like all the other dispensaries in the area, there will be days withoutany good strains on the menu, but they are few and far between and more than worth it for all the other days.

First time ever, I have a medical license. I went in totally blind as to what products would be beneficial for my medical issues and was blown away with the exceptional customer service I received. The gentleman was patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this facility. It is well managed from the parking lot to the counter. This was ever more surprising as it was the 2nd day open for recreational, however, I was in and out registered, purchases and all in less than 30 minutes.

Have been a loyal customer of PC Lowell, since theyve been open. Theyre menu has evolved to accomodate rec, or med, the atmosphere is the best, and the staff makes it that much better!!!

Great products with a fantastic customer loyalty program. You get 10 dollars off twice a month, as well as reward points with purchases. Best shop in Boston for dry flower, but wish they sold more varied CO2 cartridges.

I love the staff....the flower is amazing

I used the pickup for the first time yesterday and overall I am pleased. The only complaint, one of the strains I selected was listed on the menu at 25.9% but after I got home the label says 17.8% - that’s quite a discrepancy and 1/4 of my total oz is this strain (Ricks pupil).

I shop at 4 diffrent dispenserys, the customer service here at Patriot Care has always been excellent. I live 2 blocks away from a dispensary, yet i choose to visit Patriot Care across town.

Location is excellent. Super easy access on the way to the O line after work. Usually no wait to see one of the sales reps. Great flower and gummy products. Really, really need to step up their vape cartridges game. As the only dispensary in Boston, they need to make available the medicine delivery system of the consumer’s choice (e.g. flower, edible, vape concentrate, shatter, topical, pre-rolls, capsules, etc...). The vape cartridge supply is severely below the demand. Please make this a priority as your other offerings, at least in Boston, are legit.
