I went in with a lot of questions but the guy who helped me was so nice. He helped me pick out a strain that would work best for me and had some good recommendations to try next time. This was an absolute awful experience. I have been to many dispensaries and this is the only one that has ever left a bad taste in my mouth. The people behind the counter were rude. Basically it felt like come in grab your sh** and get out. There was no upselling, (mind you I had intentions on buying at least one more thing), when I asked about a vape pen tip replacement it felt I was told to GFM. My cat just chewed off the tip and I had asked at your other location if it was possible to just get a tip replacement. And they told me yeah of course just bring it in. I understand I was probably the first customer that morning. However there was absolutely no need to be treated like an inconvenience.

Every time I visit I’m met with kindness and so much knowledge. Ordering online is super easy and I love how often you update the menu. I really like how clean and easy everything is to see and displayed great!

The worst store I have ever visited the service was incredibly bad and the front desk guys where rude saying that they won’t sell me cuz I have a passport instead a license, that’s is racist and a crime. Don’t get your stuff from this place if you don’t want have an awful time

Yesterday was my first trip to Cannabis Haven’s new Augusta store and I couldn’t have had a better experience! D was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful! The product was excellent and the recommendations appreciated. They are my new Go To dispensary!😁

Always a good experience

Solid experience. Ordered online, picked up quickly a few hours later in person. Store was clean, bright and inviting. Still trying the product I purchased, but so far everything I ordered is top notch. Great and varied selection, easy to get to, location. Will be back!1
