I love this place, the employees seem really knowledgeable about the products and are so nice every time I come in. selection is amazing and the prices are too. only downside is the distance I wish they had a shop closer to me, but I'll never go anywhere else.

Great atmosphere and prices. Can’t beat their mix and match ounces. Their menus are easy to navigate with their bud tenders being incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. However I do recommend staying clear of their moon rocks at the moment as their potency and flavor is lacking with the current grower/supplier.

they totally messed up my order, charged me for things I didnt want, then suggested I sell the incorrect items to my friends to get my money back, I'm pretty sure that is very illegal

What's funny is I used to like this place but it has gone downhill fast. The joints and kief I bought were not even CLOSE to what their numbers showed. I smoked 2 bowls back to back and nothing. They're selling horrible weed in their joint packs now so beware of those and definitely buy your kief elsewhere! The budtender wasn't very good either.

This was my favorite shop hands down been going there since the sketchy building with the horrible parking lot twice a week was super stoked about there progression and growth but the last month the quality has gone down now they have ounces same brand same % for 140 when 2 days ago it was listed at 125 i've gone out there several times when something was listed on leafly at a different price than at the store i drive 30 miles to got just this store NOT ONE TIME have they honored there listed leafly prices or offered too as one of the responses to a review on here states you might want to inform your tenders of this policy cause all i got was sorry and wasted gas money there where even customers in line telling them to make it right. i miss when they had calyx and hp real quality for 125 not hempfire and there bag of cenex stems onces of stems n shake are 80 everywhere it's just a total bummer a place so pleasurable to goto has started feeling like a burden i'm glad other shops are starting to offer similar prices cause thats all that has kept me going here thus far i assure you it's not the service or quality I once admired out of this place :( :( i literally have a book of issues i've had with this place the last month asked to see a different bag of product and was told oh they all look the same and the guy would not let me see a different bag no bag of weed has ever looked the same as another he refused. got a text for one of the deals showed up 10 minutes later and was told they don't even carry that strain had to ask several times to have them go talk to there manager finally got it but jumped thru hoops for it it felt like not once was I indecent or rude i got a couple ounces that where packaged but not sealed b4 the hempfire white russian could keep going all these little things can make or break a persons experience with that shop forever if any of this happened to me on my first few trips i assure you i would absolutely never return not bashing by ne means just hope things get better like it was but as of now i would not feel comfortable recommending this place to a friend for anything other than for cheap lower quality bud out of fear for them experiencing similar mishaps it's not a bad shop by any means just really needs to run a little tighter ship in my well educated and experienced entitled opinion

I love this store but i just bought 1g of super sour diesel concentrate and part of the lid tore off on my oil🤤 so i looked closer and it has stickered twice first sticker for there last location which also said it was expired, then sloppily stickered again with a fresh expiration date and new store location...w...t...f...

I visit your store on Francis about twice a week to buy concentrate and sometimes flower. let me just say that you guys are great with costumer service, and are always helpful. But, your products are hit or miss. strains like "zen-x" and "animal cookies" were dissapointments, but others like "Kandy Kush" and products from"doc croc" are ones I re-buy. also. please. Lable the manufacturer/producer on the leafy menu along with the name, and percentage. it would be immensely helpful, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so. thank you for your service, and I hope you consider my requests

Awesome friendly staff. Top shelf flowers for bottom shelf prices. Frequent customer. My only complaint is you guys dont have a $5 or $10 jar to go with you $15 bongs. Which hit fantastic
