Awesome place, awesome staff, awesome experience - looking forward to visiting again

Great space, nice staff, good selection--terrible owner. Apparently, the City of Seattle added a tax last year and he doesn't like it, so the prices on the website do not reflect what you will pay. See an ounce for $185 plus a 30% discount? You'd think it would cost $129.50, right? Nope. It's $198, because the prices online don't show the taxes. I've been told the owner is trying to send a message to the city. The message I received was "This is a classic bait and switch scam, and there are two other pot shops within walking distance with better selections and better prices."

Very small location, but it's brightly lit and doesn't have a seedy atmosphere. Prices are comparable to most locations.

shop felt sterile and rushed. (busy only because its location) I needed help and advice and I got attitude. I'll never shop here again.

Update to my review directly below: After submitting this review and contacting the shop via their website, well things are a little better. The person I spoke with admitted that things weren't handled correctly and also that the items that I originally wanted were indeed in stock. I'm still unsure if this is an isolated incident. My hope is that the worker has been retrained. I was given a discount for me to try them again and I had a better experience this past time. The only thing preventing me from giving a better review is that they are not knowledgeable on their inventory. That goes for product info and what they physically have in stock. Once the online menu/ordering is fixed and some better staff is in place, well I will update again.

Didn't enjoy the atmosphere was awkward I felt like they were judging me. There whole energy was off security at the door like a night club experience whole setup is bad bad experience

I came into the shop the other day and was not impressed. A very small store, the quality wasn't all that high (pun intended) and the butender were not knowledge in there own products. Not the worst but don't think I will be back.

My first time in the shop and everybody was very helpful. Great products and customer service. Cool people💯

This is my usual spot now. I work nearby and used to go fairly often but then stopped bc of a bad experience with a budtender that is no longer working there. Last time I went back they have some new people working there that I really like now. A couple girls- Rachelle and Stacey, both were really helpful last time I was in. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building, they are going through some sort of renovations and the shop looks better every time I go back. If you are looking for good prices, these guys are the way to go. They have good top shelf weed on the cheap, especially Wednesdays.

First time in, had an excellent lass at the counter, very helpful and sweet. the store layout made it hard to see what they had with the crowd but I knew what I wanted so it was easy to get going.

Staff is efficient but they are generally so busy there isn't much time for one on one attention you get at other shops. I've bought some really great flower and also gotten some really bad flower from Cannabis City.

Good quality and range of products, knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff. Too much foot traffic for my taste, and not a great location.

this is a cool spot good prices and selection but the accessories and vape selection could do with more choices.

Haven't been back since they opened, but looking forward to going again.

Have been many times! Very helpful staff. The deals, and the atmosphere keep me coming back. I feel very relaxed looking around or asking for advice. Never felt rushed at all even when the store was busy.

Everytime I go to Cannabis City i fell welcome, everyone there is friendly and helpful, fast but not hastful a lot of times im helped by Stephen he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about strains and what they have and dont i would definitely recommend this shop

Prices for all Skyhigh products are $3 higher across the board form other establishments? What's up with that?. Service is downright horrible, uneasy vibe and unhappy salespeople.
