Cannabis and Glass - Spokane Valley

This place is like a crack house now. It used to be a nice place, but it has changed. The budtenders are awful. They know almost nothing and they are not very friendly at all. The customers and the employees all look like they are related to Golem. So, if you want to wait in a stinky line, and then get to a budtender who won't be able to help you choose, this is the place for you.

Cannabis and glass claims to have affordable cannabis and good quality, but every time I have tried to buy from them they try and push brown garbage onto me, and things on the menu that seem like they might be better, can never be 'located'. I always get 'looks like we're out of the good stuff', but here is this brown crap. ALSO, they are generally $10 to $20 more per bag on ounces than other stores that sell the same products. Gotten the exact same thing from the location on Francis Streee too. Shop around a little bit and you will see.

It was nice, fast, and a bit claustrophobic. The quality of the product doesn’t look all appealing but it makes up for it when you light it up. The employees seemed like they were just trying to get you in and out but they were very resourceful. As for being claustrophobic it was like standing in line a the bank.

I have been to this location numerous times and it has always been a fantastic and enjoyable experience. Last night was when I saw the true dedication and professionalism that cannabis and glass can deliver. I got the absolute pleasure of being helped by scotty last night. On top of his already charming, and friendly personality his knowledge about sativa and cbd absolutely blew me away. I was asking him about the Harley-Tsu cbd strain and he explained to me that he got a joint of that strain from another location and the pain relieving benefits helped him. So I bought an eighth and wow was he right. I woke up this morning feeling so refreshed with no pain at all. This guy dedicated probably 10 minutes of his time to me just to tell me everything he knows about cbd. I appreciated his knowledge, his teaching, his jokes and his down to earth vibe. He also hit it out of the park with the supernatural sativa and dirty girl sativa. Thank you cannabis and glass and thank you scotty I really look forward to seeing you again!

I've been here multiple times and have been disappoint everytime. Nothing good to say and the list of bad thoughts is too long to articulate. It's all dirt weed not even worth a try

I really love this location. It's a lot closer to me, with the same great prices and friendly service. I've been a long time C&G fan and recommend them to everyone. And thank you for not having such a cluttered showroom.

This place used to be my go to but never again. I bought a pen and had to pay more for one that didn't have their name on it because they were out, then i got it home and it rattles and the dial doesn't stay where its supposed to, so it gets turned up and down constantly. I saved my package and my receipt and took it back a few days later and the girl wouldn't help me, she said it still works so i cant exchange it witch is bullshit. She could have at least acted like she cared and asked a manager. I used to drive quite a few miles to go to cannabis and glass, i was a loyal customer who always tipped. Very disappointed!

It was really busy last time I was here but my budtender still gave me time to browse and look at what I wanted to before I made my choices and recommended some other products I wouldn't have thought other wise to get and made sure I left with exactly what I was wanting :)

This location is amazing because now I don't have to go across town on a boring drive to the other location! I LOVE this place. Going here, I feel like a kid headed to the candy store. Best part is the prices. Half price on almost everything at my old store Cinder nearby. No offense to Cinder, I just can't afford those prices when this awesome place is here. Nice staff as well. Went out of their way to make sure I got what I was looking for and NO LINES. I don't know about you guys but I get stressed out shopping in a shop that is packed. Anyway, this is my new place and is super close to my place off of the Pines exit!

This place is doing many things right. It's popularity is unrivaled. Giving it 5 stars but the truth is they could improve some of the budtenders approach though I understand new hires. Lines can get very long on a Friday. Undeniably lucky to have them locally however. A few misses in the past but overall the prices get to a price point I need when funds are low. I recommend simply asking for what's vetted and reviewed with good feedback and at your price point... that makes up for all the above. When you find this combo, it's about twice the value of nearby of competitors. Can't complain about the menu. I too only see green. 😁 🌲

horrible service, they gave me the incorrect item, which was inferior to what I paid for and they refused to give me what I actually ordered and kept my money! their a buncha theives as far as I'm concerned, kareful they dnt steal from you too, or put garbage product in ur bag in place of the items u actually wanted

Clearly these positive reviews are made up. Stand outside their doors for 10 minutes and you can listen to all the customers coming out pissed off. Their online website is a lesson in bait and switch. Report them to the Better Business Bureau for poor business tactics. They get an F in my book

Have been a customer for years, (even though they don't have all of their menu items-often) but after the last fiasco on 420 I have moved on. After waiting in line for 25 minutes at 10 am-I get my chance to get a few deals -NOT! How can you run out of your specials at 10 am? The other stores I visited had plenty-will shop elsewhere in the future

As a long time Cand G northsider, I decided to try the valley location. Inventory on Carts that I wanted although shown as available where sold out according to the budmistress last night. Poor inventory of carts left, and they need to get on the ball if people travel there for product. Sorry I doubt I'll go back.

I've frequented this location plenty of times and I'm always pretty pleased with the products. They have a nice selection of cartridges at competitive prices and I'm always happy with the concentrates.

I've been driving across town from the valley to the north side. Super excited about the new Valley location! super helpful. Super knowledgeable. easy relaxed atmosphere.

This store has everything depending on your level of appreciation for everything herb. The staff is always on point with their recommendations and the deals you walk away with are great! Love this store!

I was so waiting for this shop to open 😆 and it's as great as the northside is....went once and I've been hooked..lol..the staff is so helpful and always friendly. I always get a good deal.
