I had a wonderful visit today with the amazing service from Shelby! She had great suggestions to help in my situation and great knowledge on the products I was interested in. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Also location is perfect.

This is my preferred shopping place. I love that the menu is updated so frequently online. I like that I can somewhat plan before I go. I used to shop at the Valley location. They play their music quite loud which I don’t care for. I’ve also (once) had a budtender that was snobby at the valley location.

I like the location and prices. Dislike having to wear a mask but it’s a sacrifice worth the ends.

Service was fine in store. I liked the bud tender, Tygeer. It’s that I left with an order that was 50% incorrect. Wrong flower put in my bag. PLUS I didn’t receive any info on my order once it was fulfilled so I had no idea if the order was ready when I got into the store. Just checked my order on Leafly and saw that it still shows as not ready for pickup, even though I’ve already picked up the incorrect order. Just some pointers for a better customer experience! Dab and flower is good quality 🤙

When dealing with businesses, quality of goods can be assured. But quality of people cannot. Here, at Cannabis and Glass, you can rest easy. Quality goods, quality ppl. The knowledge base is huge. No rolled eyes at the noobs question. No condescending attitudes that might be found amongst other bud tenders. All you get here are good ppl wanting to help you get the right goods for your situation. The place is always clean. All they need is a barrista and a couple of chairs and I could spend the afternoon there with a good book. The atmosphere is always laid back amongst the staff and the customers waiting their turn. Even at high traffic periods, it's all good.

I loved the service i dont know much about weed but im always happy with what i get.
