Refused to exchange or refund defective pen (they promised to do so when they sold it to me the day before). Dishonest store, will never shop here again.

Super bunmer! Went in for a c02 refil and bud tender sold me on a c02company, stating that they work well especially if you use a push button style battery which is what I had, and to bring it back if there was a problem. I take it home and can barely get a hit and tastes horrible compaired to my old pen I wanted to refill originally... I took the cartridge back as she told me to, to see if I could exchange it and all they would do is upsell me another battery, which still tastes bad and doesn't get anything close to as big of hits as she said it would which is exactly what I told the lady I was worried about and she assured me it would be fine. Needless to say I won't be returning in the future and definitely won't be buying co2 company garbage! Boo cannabend!

It was my second & last visit I had the dealt with the same female employee both times she was unhelpful & rude the second time when I passed on her suggestions she actual rolled her eyes at me & told me to hurry up & choose. Would never recommend them because of this terribly rude female employee.

Budtenders aren't very knowledgeable here. Storefront is kind of falling apart. Better service and products at other shops in bend.

Won't ever shop here again. Terrible attitude, incompetent budtender, wouldn't take back a cartridge that didn't work when I used it. Stay away, there are lots of choices in Bend.

I had a wonderful experience with Mike, Jackie and Molly during the Magic Number Sampling Event. Mike was very descriptive and helpful while selecting concentrate, and Jackie and Molly very kindly chatted with my stoned self as I babbled about how much I like Magic Number. Also really enjoyed the Spectacle Glass display in the lobby as I waited.

I was shown some nice buds which I wanted to purchase and then the tender switched the 1/8th I was shown with a bottle of shake! Totally ripped off!! Will not be back here ever!

First time last time. I needed a high indica strain. They have it, BUT the 1/4 oz I bought was the oldest, driest bud I have ever encountered. May as well have smoked an old bush from my yard. They have a good selection and service.

I just moved back to bend and stopped in. Got a good reco on flower and was given a free j. This place is great. Looking forward to going back to get one of there silicone bongs, that will be great for hiking.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The people are funny and friendly and very knowledgeable about product and process. They make me laugh when I'm in there, its a fast and friendly environment and I've experienced it from both sided; as medical and recreational. Definitely NOT the most expensive in town, very clean. Love, love, LOVE THIS PLACE! Definitely go here if you haven't already.

The bud is amazing and for a great price! The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I have yet to walk out the door feeling annoyed or disappointed. I have yet to shop at another dispensary, and I don't plan on doing so anytime in the near future.

I highly recommend checking out Cannabend if you have not yet done so. I've always been impressed with the quality products that they carry. They have some really good options for medibles, including some very good gluten-free doughnuts. It's always nice when a dispensary provides gluten-free options.

Staff was excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly. Was looking for CBD information and products, found a good variety.

Cannabend is one of my favorite dispensaries in Bend. They always have a fantastic oil and flower selection, and they have a heady glass shop right there as well!
