Great place. I've been to most of the dispensaries in western mass, and this one was the most welcoming, and efficient. Preorder is quick and easy for those who want to get in, and out. This is the first dispensary I've been to where you can actually walk around, browse the products, and ask questions to an appointed guide. Staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. Great products, GIANT menu. I would definitely recommend.
I have been here a few times. I was greeted by this super friendly gentleman with a neck tattoo and a ripndip hoodie. I’m assuming was the manager. He is super knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick the perfect one for my pain. As long as he is here to help when I come back again. I will continue to shop here. The staff on the other hand isn’t so great. The supervisors and the staff don’t give the management respect.
I want to say for my first time in a dispensary this place was awesome...everyone was super nice and very knowledgeable about all products very welcoming from the doorman to the guide!! I’ll be back definitely!!! Very beautiful atmosphere!!!
I love to go in there the product i bought the phone home disposable vape was awesome and the ghani i bought was great.... Awesome place too very knowledgeable staff!!!!
I might be biased but I've visited this shop probably a dozen times and I've always been greeted, I've never had a hard time getting help, and even when I go in with a small budget, the staff always find a deal that gets me out the door with more than I thought I could afford.
Also on a more personal note, as a trans person they've been very welcoming and have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
