Ordered for the second time from Caliva on 4/11/22, and they sent me flower that was packaged in May of 2021. I didn’t even open the bag, and asked to exchange for something more fresh and ‘all they can do is 20% off a future order’. Wildly disappointed, absolutely going back to Eaze.
Caliva’s customer service person just contacted me and tried to blame Caliva’s delivery errors on the driver because she was deaf. I find this extremely offensive. Do not call your customers and blame the poor Caliva experience on a handicapped driver!! This was Caliva’s error and it has nothing to do with the driver. I am appalled that Caliva employees would try to blame this on the driver. There’s lots of delivery dispensaries in the Bay Area and this is the second poor experience I’ve had with Caliva, please don’t waste your time with them
Really annoyed that a product is marked 49.99 and when you go to check out it says I am one penny short of minimum amount. That is shady and ridiculous.
This whole experience was great! Got some an 8th of the wedding cake and it was 🔥🔥🔥.
