Bud Hut - Everett

Menu on Leafly is terribly organized.

Walked in to workers talking about someone who had just left prior to me. Can we just come in to buy weed comfortable without worry?

So, I used to shop here frequently. I ended up purchasing some green crack from this location that made me very sleepy. I went back and told an employee (that I had to wait 5 minutes for) that there seem to be two types of green crack. He basically tried to make me feel dumb and told me that he's been growing for 15 years and he knows that that's impossible and maybe my body is just different. But, lo and behold, RIGHT ON LEAFLY it says that there are two phenotypes for green crack, one sativa and one 75% indica. I'm not a huge fan of employees trying to make clients feels stupid just to justify not knowing what they're talking about. Not cool. I'll visit other shops that respect thei customers enough to admit that they don't know.

Big store with large variety, but prices are just ok. Do yourself a favor and do Not trust the online menu prices/inventory, even if they are updated. They also do not honor the online prices. Hmm not surprised....Seems advertised low prices is a tactic to get you 'in' the store. Check for yourself first before you make this your goto store. Many other options out there.

Used to be a really good shop but they have hired on some questionable staff here. I only come here if I miss my two go-to shops once they've closed at 10.

Very nice looking shop with plenty of room for improvement. Starting with the staff. Are you kidding me? I asked the young bud tender if he had some OG KUSH. His response after about five seconds was "Ummmmmm I'm not sure". Ok?? I said how bout any lemon haze? Again he went back to his blank stare where he turned walked away and came back to me with a strain called "Head cheese". In amazement and not wanting to waste another minute of time I grabbed it bought it and left. When I got home I noticed the old harvest date and sighed as I tried to enjoy it but just couldn't. I threw the rest if my 8th away. I will not return to this nice looking horrible stocked and staffed store.

Visually this place is veru appealing. The selection is vast but the quality and prices seem all over the place. Staff seem mildly interested in helping.

the number of issues I have had with this place is insane, I've never had this many issues with any business much less a dispensary! I've had crasy long wait times where I have been skipped or completely ignored! supposed incorrect priced items (sketchy!)and its no hope calling ahead or checking there leafly page. several times I have done so to arrive and them either not have the product or it being Much more expensive. I've had employees been rude to me and straight up walk away from me mid conversation! the only reason I come back is because it's open late. And every experience is cringe worthy and I generally do everything in my power to avoid it. don't come here for the love of God!

You can have the Best Product, but if you as the customer do not know what you carry, if the budtenders are few and act like you and your purchase does not matter here. So again you can have a great product, Bud Hut not only does nothing but be a LEGAL middleman, the budtenders that wears PJs to work tells me why they have gone down as far as reputation but aslo the atmosphere is one of "DONT STAY AND GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLAR HERE!" just go to ANY other shop because they don't get it at Budhut the lights and all the paychecks and stuff count on a little thing called a customer. Oh yeah so hey fire your budtenders that are bringing your business down. I don't know how this place is able to bypass 502 laws and let me use credit card for a purchase. That's the only great thing is you don't have to have cash. I also came in with an expired passport but they don't catch it.

Other than getting in and out of the parking lot-the distance between the curb and sidewalk is fairly narrow, and then dealing with getting back into the traffic flow is tricky. Inside, lots of room, lots of cases with lots of different products, I'm impressed with the variety of ways you can smoke, chew, vape, or drink your high. I had been looking for some Columbian for a while because it was one of my favorites back in the day. This bud is not the bud I remember(yes I still have my memory and all of my senses) please try not to laugh too loud. It doesn't smell like the Columbian grown bud, it doesn't look like the Columbian grown bud, but OMG! It's the stoniest bud I've tried of the farm raised new era bud, it's so stony it's almost scary, and I know how to handle a serious stone.

It's ok. Options out the ass but dumbass workers who are too stoned to even answer a question

What a dump. My budtender could provide me no other information about the flower he was showing me except to tell me how to decode the colors on the product sinage so I would know if i was looking at a Sativa, Indica, or a Hybrid.

The prices are no longer competitive with other local dispensaries. Bud tenders don't know the difference between indica and sativa hybrids. Go elsewhere.

Pretty awful. I've tried shopping here multiple times and been frustrated and pretty disappointed each time. Way better shops and better customer service on 99. Can't even count how many times I've called and asked about a specific product and then came in 15 minutes later and was laughed at for asking for what I was just told existed. Not to mention how long it takes to finally get someone to help you, I waited in line for 15 minutes and watched the same guy I made eye contact with walk away from me twice. Aanndd to top it all off, their prices are awful.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Always friendly. Always knowledgeable. Always willing to help. It's clean, professional and I don't feel like I immediately need a shower the moment I leave :) The budtenders have not steered me wrong on what to try. This is my go to store!!

Poor knowledge, nice place, decent prices. Unless you know what your looking for, don't expect to find any experts here. Store was nicely decorated although road works made parking difficult. I lost my medical card and have been looking for an alternative i can call home. Im going to keep looking.

Bud Hut has quickly become my go-to spot to pick up my bud. Staff are friendly, eager, and extremely knowledgeable. Derek is on point, and has yet to steer me wrong with a single recommendation, and even the names I can't remember have a wealth of knowledge and experience with the products they sell. Bud Hut has a vast selection; many strains from a variety of farms, and have quantities at prices in everyone's budget - just last night I saw half ounces for as low as $100. I've picked up nothing but primo bud from these guys, and recommend them to everyone. The one time I had an issue, the store manager and assistant manager resolved it swiftly and were genuinely apologetic that it happened, and didn't make me feel like they were just trying to placate me or make me go away. I've held off on reviewing this store because I wanted to make sure that my experiences weren't just a fluke, and I'm sure glad they weren't. The experience that I've had with Bud Hut has been consistently top notch every single time I have gone in. What's even better is that the staff is usually the same on any given visit. I can get to know the Budtenders and establish a long term sales relationship with them, and that's important to me. As someone who isn't a pro in the industry, I really rely on a quality staff to point me to a great time. A+. I will happily recommend Bud Hut, its excellent selection, and great employees to everyone I know.

I hoped I would like this store more more. I've been in several times and the staff seemed bothered by customers. The last time I went in their "music system" was horribly loud, as well as some staff and customers all talking loudly in the corner where they ring you up. My brother and I (as well as a guest who walked in about 20 seconds after us) had to wait to be let into the retail area for about two minutes while we could see budtenders glance at us and choose to ignore us instead of checking out IDs. They haven't seem to have a steady ID checker at the front to allow guests in. People were not all that helpful and they don't update their menus often enough. Which has made 20 minute drive there upsetting a time or two. The "atmosphere" is just cheap. Like if if 711 sold furniture mixed with an angry teenager's bedroom.

I wish they would stop listing their product on Leafly by the grower. Everyone I know wants to find a strain first, and it makes it very difficult to find the strain alphabetically while sorted by the grower. Please change this like nearly every other store.

The best dispensary!!! Best people ever with the best customer service!! All there product is fresh and best smiles on all the employees!

Nice and roomy inside. Almost like shopping at Costco or Walmart. If only the service was a little more personal, I'd come here more often. Seems so hard to converse about what is hot or not. They seem to be trained just to move the line and get you out the door to serve the next. I got some weed though so guess if you're just in need of whatever weed and don't care how you get it, get in line.

i used to drive along ways to come to this store but then they stopped updating their leafly page and would never have what i drove 45 mins to get that they said they had on the website. i very recently moved to within walking distance of this store and have been going in about everyday just to see whats in stock n stuff... and all i gotta say is shop around.. there is better selection and prices at several other locations in town. i doubt ill be coming back to this store anytime soon its like the 5th time i gave up on them.. and like i said its right next door to where i live now so bout nuff said

Only been in a hand full of times and can say by now I love the weed I get here. Great smells and tastes, BUT I have to already know what I'm looking for when I go in. I find the employee's though eager to help me purchase my sweet little flowers are often times unhelpful in the process of selecting them. I've only had one truely bad experience there where they were out of what I wanted and the young lady behind the counter gave me an extreme amount of attitude when I question similar alternatives and when they thought they might restock what I was looking for. Over all flowers and edibles are awesome for the price and the facility/ atmosphere is only mildly overwhelming (like the walmart of rec stores) but the service from the staff is what continues to make me hesitant to go back each time.

The selection is great. But customer service sucks.
