Cool! I was so stoked they were open on Jan 1st so I could take advantage of more edibles!!!!!

First time coming here, I order 2 different eighths online, to save myself some time and aggravation. Yeah, nice try. I wait for about 20 minutes after checking in, get called back to find out they did not have the primary strain that I wanted, so they just threw 2 of my second choice in the bag and called it a day. I understand that items may sell out, but communication is key! I really wish someone had text me to tell me they were out of what I wanted, so I didn't waste my time coming in! Then to top it off, the strain they did decide to put in my bag did not look like the pics online, stock photos maybe? Needless to say I left without purchasing anything. Tucson dispensaries really need to step up their customer service game. It's all about $$$ not patients!

they do not give out any free birthday gifts which totally sucks because every dispensary offers something for their patients they care for their patients unlike this dispensary

About a year ago I had an issue with how everything was being run at this dispensary so I stopped coming in. If you go back to my last review, you'll see I had a bad experience that got me extremely upset, displeased and disappointed with the staff. But recently I stopped by because I noticed MPX live resin and Grow Sciences Hash Rosin is now on the menu, so I thought I'd see if anything's changed. Yes! Just about everything has improved. Everything is priced tax inclusive and if you order online you get in and out so much faster! Their new budtenders will help you find something that fits your profile without trying to upsell lower quality product. However, my ONLY complaint is how today when I came in I noticed alot of the "house brand" flower being sold here is definitely wholesale from High Grade which is still fire quality flower but I can go up the street to Nature Med and spend less for the same flower. Everything else was fine. I'd love to see Potent Planet make its way to the menu! I'll gladly pay extra for the exotics quality. Keep rising to the top you guys!

They are extremely helpful, know their products and even advised me of what I should start out with and not try at this time while NOT making me feel stupid asking all my questions! Well started out with an online order I got the confirmation and it said to be there by 7 so got there 645 n waited till 710 in line but was told no cuz I wasn't checked in well no offence I was there early enough but was never told not to mention I pedaled there not like I drove

took a Sunday drive down to Tucson with my husband and we stumbled across this wonderful dispensary you have to buzz to get in . The bud tender is very knowledgeable the place is set up immaculately and we didn't have to make a purchase for a first time but we did definitely would take a nice drive down there on a Sunday again and stop in again

Stopped by this location when I was visiting Tucson for the day. I loved this building and the way they were set up! Very professional! I thought that the flower could have been better but it wasn't bad. When I am in Tucson again this will be my spot! Thanks Botánica!

Visited Botanical the other night around 8pm. It was fast and easy to get in (just prove you are over 21 with your drivers license) then head into a separate room. The prices are good and you can smell and handle anything you're interested in. We left with a pre roll and good info about lounges in the area. Nice neighborhood spot.

ripoff shango comes in a crappie paper bag when they are sappedto come in a jar ,genesis also comes in 4.5gram nope not at Botanica they take out and put in a paper bag alway dry flower got to earths healing better flower and half the price.

COMPLETE RIPOFF. I purchased 1/4 of Shango Mod Banana and two individual grams of Genesis Biocueticals. I got 7 individual grams of Shango and one gram of Genesis. You people shouldn't even be in business!!! Stop Listing your flower as Quarter's and Halfs if you're literally dispensing Individual grams! HORRIBLE!!!!! I've been coming here for the last year. That is the last time I step foot near this POS Establishment.

They advertise that you can use credit cards on the internet and then when you show up, You wait 20 minutes outside in line to find out that you can't use your credit card and if you don't have enough cash, then you have to drive somewhere find cash come back and wait in line again.... They don't apologize for the inconvenience, they don't recognize it at all. When they talk about their customer experience this has to be what they are talking about. I have spent a lot of money here over the past decade.And the fact that these guys can't even acknowledge the inconvenience is completely ridiculous . Someone else can have my thousands of dollars a year. Paying cash is inherently dangerous as people hanging out by the railroad tracks will know that when you Show up there you have large sums of money.

When it comes to Tucson dispensaries botanica is hands down the best in down. There aren't enough good things I can say about this gem. If I'm interested in trying a strain I know without a doubt that botanica's buds will be top notch and exactly what it says it is. Their employees are absolutely wonderful and the customer service is by far the best in the area. With their happy hour prices and tax included the $12.75 a gram is hard to beat for such premium quality. And the Jamaican dream is on point 🌿🍃👌🏼💨✌🏻😍❤️💛💚
