BaM Body and Mind Dispensary - West Memphis

The staff is AMAZING!! I've been to all but one dispensary in Arkansas and this one is by far my favorite! I've been almost every other day 💚. Product is amazing and staff is very knowledgeable!

By far my favorite dispensary. Most helpful budtenders and great management. They have a really cool point system and the points can always be combined with specials and they build up fast. So far they have proven to be community driven, they have recently had a canned food drive. Hopefully, they keep up similar activities that our community can benefit from. Shout out to Rachel, Meagan, and Antonio. Very knowledgeable and always friendly. :)

The actual shop is great , enviroment is laid back , budtenders are good but this will be the 1rst dispensary in Arkansas to fold , all other dispensaries in the state have lines wrapped completely around the buildings every single day & thats because of the promoting , deals , sales & last but not least PRODUCT , you guys have maybe 6 strains of flower its the same crap flower other dispensaries give away .............. if you guys dont start finding your order sheets you will fold within a yr !!!!!!

I LOVE BAM West Memphis! I drive 2 hours to come see everyone. Coming to this dispo is a full experience and the staff is so welcoming.

This place comes off as a nice spot but really they aren’t that nice it’s a front. They way management deals with customers and employees isn’t very nice. It’s always new faces for some reason you can’t get to know anyone because their turnover rate seems to be high because the manager isn’t worried about customers or staff it’s all about profit. I’ve over heard several employees complain about their managers. Or they have complained indirectly to other employees and customers about it while waiting in line a few times. You can’t build a repore with anyone because it’s a new team every few months other places I have certain employees that I ask for recommendations because they know what I need as a patient. Also their point system sucks and they don’t include taxes in their price so what you think is a deal really isn’t a deal once they add all the taxes. Their in-house product like puppy breath and Cambo is always dry and brittle. Wouldn’t even recommend it to someone I don’t like. Also they have a ton of options but they aren’t as good as the other dispensaries. They don’t have any cookie flower or Diamonds concentrate or any cool swag. I got a pair of cookie 🧦s and stickers from another spot. All they have are them over priced puffco stuff. Also I’ve gotten flower from them a few times and it was short like .5 and one time my jar was pretty much empty. When I came back and showed them they made me feel like I was lying 🤥 and trying to get over on them. The way they handled that really didn’t sit right with me. They eventually decided to give me points or something to buy it again, but they didn’t want to give it to me seems like by the way they made me feel. Also it seems like a lot of bate and switch going on. Because every time I saw something online I placed a order I would get there and they were always out of what I ordered or attempted to order. Then I end up with something I really didn’t want. I also wasn't seeing the extra points for online orders and I just stopped altogether with ordering online. Thankfully we have two other dispensaries and hopefully 🤞🏾 just maybe they might open more when it becomes recreational.
