pretty chill spot. I never venture out of my top dispensaries but decided to give this one a try. was checked in and taken to the back quickly for a mid satuday. Was presented with a variety of different strains, and overall was veryyy happg with my choice. Def will be coming back to try new strains.

I pulled a second label off the prepackaged 1gram bags I purchased revealing a different strain name with a lower THC percentage.

My favorite all around shop in town! Top quality meds at low donations. Staff is so awesome, always willing to work with me and are very friendly. I will continue to shop here for as long as they are around. I would recommend that you check this place out if you haven't already. It's a must!

Nice folks, but I was not convinced that they were paying attention to what I said that I wanted. I made it clear that I wanted something for sleep, as well as something for daytime, and I had to return to the store, because when I checked online, both strains were listed as recomended for staying awake. When I went back, and asked yet again for something for sleep, another person sold me some stuff with the highest THC content I'd ever seen, even when they heard me protest it's strength. I'll probably come back again, because the place is close, but I may do my own research first, which is not really what I expect to have to do in places with more attentive and aware sales folks.

I give "service" a 2-Star review to a female (with curly, light hair) who was having a (very loud!) conversation to an employee across the room. In fact, it was so loud that we could hear her from outside the room! She wasn't very helpful at all and she couldn't answer barley ANY of our questions about the concentrates, seemed a bit confused (stoned?) and they weren't difficult questions to answer for someone who works there. I saw her there twice and both times, she was just... LOUD! It was very frustrating to us, however, we just excused it as her being a loud person (in an annoying way) and just bought my medicine and got out of there. On the flip side, I give service a 5-STAR review (more if I could!😊) to a VERY HELPFUL guy (with dreads) who was not just laid back and super friendly, but he was SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! He was extremely helpful on my very first visit, but unfortunately, we haven't seen him there since.😔 On our way out the door, my husband and I both looked at each other and said, "WHOA! HE KNOWS HIS STUFF!" He made us feel really comfortable (I must say, I was a bit nervous to step foot into my very first cannabis dispensary on my very first day. But the awesome "guy in dreads" (is what I'll call him😉) made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was honest, sincere, friendly, and helpful beyond words. He helped us understand SO MUCH about how certain strains worked for specific medical issues and any possible side-effects (ie: sleepy, wired, ect.) He spent a good 10-15 minutes with us telling us all about the different strains and how they work. We give this "guy in dreads" 😉 5-STARS TO THE MOON... AND BACK!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!! The outside store front doesn't do the inside justice! As soon as you walk in the front door, you will see the most comfortable couches and chairs that I literally melted into! It was such a cozy, relaxing environment that gives you a warm feeling. The quality and variety of Bloom Well's products are spectacular! I only use concentrates and Bloom Well is the only place I have yet to find that has such a wide variety of both flowers and concentrates for medicinal users (which can be hard to find as medicinal users are exceptionally sensitive to certain strains, therefor, needing a wide variety to experiment with). Bloom Well has it all! That doesn't include all the many different varieties of topicals, edibles, tinctures, you name it, Bloom Well more than likely has it! I noticed a wide variety of people that go to Bloom Well and it actually made me feel a bit more comfortable to see this. From medicinal 80+ year-old couples, to college-aged snowboarders in their early 20s coming back from Mt. Bachelor, to your average, middle-aged business professionals, to severely debilitated people in wheels chairs, to caregivers coming in for a loved one, to your typical, laid back guy that just wants to relax a bit after a hard days work. This was very comforting to me to see such a wide variety of cannabis users. It definitely helped me to understand how the judgmental, stereotypical people are WAY off target. Seeing such a wide variety of users taught me so much. This experience also helped me understand the importance of this medicine and how it helps so many people in their own, individual way. If you live in Central Oregon and had never been to a dispensary before, Bloom Well is a very trusting company to use. I was born with a rare genetic condition and have been suffering most of my life, despite pharmaceuticals... until I finally bit the bullet and decided to get my MM card and try cannabis for my pain, nausea, discomfort and it even helps with anxiety. Now, every 1-2 weeks, I've been going to Bloom Well for concentrates, cartridges, and vaping accessories for almost a year now. I'm not stuck in bed nearly as much as I used to, and it gave me my appetite back! Although I'm still slightly underweight, I'm finally able to enjoy food once again which, in turn, gives my body more energy. Bloom Well has truly given me my life back! I can finally enjoy the beautiful outdoors Central Oregon has to offer! Bloom Well, heal well, and live well!🌱

This used to be a good dispensary for OMMP customers. Lately with all the new customers it seems like they are focusing more on the sale of flower. There OMMP inventory gets smaller and smaller all the time. Will probably look for a better one for OMMP.

Love love love this location (mid town) out the 3 here in town! No matter the time, day or what events in the shop may be happening. I get consistency every time. All the staff members there are super friendly, they’re knowledgeable, fast, and all around laid back. I appreciate them a lot 😎🤙🏼

I love how busy it always is. So many wonderful choices of green and the people that work there have always went all out to make sure. My experience is top notch.

Very pleasant lobby with info and magazines if you happen to have to wait. The Sales floor has several one on one stations with more than a dozen choices. Very easy to read labels on each jar with prices, Farmer, THC%, & CBD%. The staff has been very courteous, and takes time to answer my questions. You can even call it in!

My husband and I have been coming in several days a week for the last few months and absolutely love the people at Bloom Well. Every person has made an effort to remember our names and faces and even prefrences. They almost always are running a deal or a freebie on pre-rolls, being that we are on an extremely strict budget every little bit means a lot. We highly recommend!

Decent selection, and the bud-tender I talked to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I suffer from insomnia, and he helped set me up with a great combo of CBD capsules and a hard-hitting indica. Would recommend!

This appears to be a nice place and the menu looks like a very nice selection. Unfortunately, they want to record too much personal info. By state regulations all that is needed is DOB, amount sold and what was sold. Unfortunately, they want name as well and many of us do not want to be put into a database for various reasons. Hopefully, they will update their policies.

We were looking for a new medical dispensary to try out since we just moved back to town. This place has such a quality selection that I had to get a few samples of several different strains. I picked up a range from High THC to a no THC/high CBD and a few in between. The Narnia at 25.56% (LTRMN) was by far my favorite of the bunch. It had such a wonderful clean pine smell, covered with powdery crystals, and the flavor upon the smooth burning inhale was fruity with a flavorful nose on the exhale. It gets you quick. Narnia led me to the other world for hours of re-organizing my garage and a quick climbing session. The Bruce Banner (Sunshine Medicinals) at 20.7% helped relax my muscles after the climbing session in the high desert. The 9.54% CBD strain Valentine X (Phyre) was a great night cap for a restful sleep and was pretty looking for a CBD strain. Of course I have to mention that they have Pineapple, my favorite most flavorful strain is always a winner. I will be back to try some more variety from these nice folks.

By far my favorite dispensary in Bend and the surrounding area, maybe even the whole state. Staff if very friendly and very knowledgeable on all medical products. I learn something new every time I go in or call them on the phone. They always make time for customer service and answer all my questions. The product the sell is amazing. Very clean and professional. Nice pre-weighed vacuum sealed flowers. Lots of variety of flowers, oil, candy. Always getting new product, keeping things fresh and up to date. Plenty of high cbd strains to choose from, which I really like. I just can't say enough good things about this dispensary. They are simply the best and if are searching for that perfect spot for all your medical needs, I would search no further and go to Bloomwell! Do it.... Goooooo toooooo bloooooooommmmmwellllllllll

I come down from Redmond so I need a dispensary worth driving to. A busy, crowded day, they were friendly and welcoming. As a recreational user and artist I wanted high quality, but also something for creativity that would be good for detail work. I was thinking of Blue Dream and the bud tender pointed to it. Just a happy coincidence, but it added to my positive experience. She was knowledgeable about the strains and grades, and told me their virtues, but thought Blue Dream fit my needs. A clean, well-organized store, with attractive décor and very good packaging, I paid my bill and I was gone. This may become my main dispensary.
