This is my go to place for the last 2 years! Great service and great products for the correct price! Keep the same prices please and that will keep all of Arizona coming to you. My brother drives down to Sedona from flagstaff and I used to drive nearly an hour to get to your great prices as well!

Bloom is definitely a top notch dispensary, it’s not only the closest but they always have a big selection. My bud-tender, Carmen was super detailed with her answers to my questions about all he new inventory. Super helpful and always a good experience!!

Went on a weekend night, ordered ahead and there was barely a wait. Best shelf prices on flower in the valley, mid wise. Very helpful as well.

quick and fast service have gotten flower a couple of times good quality for the price offered and good selection but today i came in for the preroll special i recommend never getting them here!!! one out of all my pre rolls was metiochre the others were unenjoyable and had a bad taste with the color of the stuffings very bright green similar to leaves... when i called to complain they said they dont take products back after they've left because they could be tainted. Even if its still sealed? so he told me to open up the other ones and see how they were one was ok rest were just as bad they credited to pre rolls to my account, but i dont think ill want anymore after this experience :( again flower is very good with good variety and edibles are great price! service is awesome.

I used to love this place. My most recent experience was bad. Bought concentrate and got home and it was not with my other items. So I called them and told them I did not receive my concentrate and I was told that she would put one aside for me to pick it up later. I was disappointed that they didn't offer anything to make it right as I was inconvenienced. I returned a day later to pick up my concentrate and of course they ran out of the one I wanted and all the said was "sorry about that." I've worked in customer service for over ten years and this is not the fashion in which you deal with an unsatisfied customer. I will not be returning. Ever. I even have points I could use and I will not be using them. Be cautious giving these people money.....

It's in a central location, the best hours early open late close works wonders for me with crazy schedule. Pricing & quality can't be beat. I haven't been to any other place, cause bloom is on the money. They are the standard in the industry & the fact that they grow their own says it all! They listen to customer's desires & handle our request. The are the best!
