HORRID PLACE! If you like to stand in a line with recreational people when your medical this is your place! They don’t even take the time to separate us into two lines. It is absolutely absurd. I will never visit bloom again because of this reason. Very little respect for the people who walk in there medically. Now it’s turned into a money thing at least other dispensaries can be smart and separate the two lines and keep the business going smooth and customers happy. You guys literally suck. Everybody I tell the story to is absolutely blown away by it.

DO NOT go here if you’re a medical patient. I have been going here off and on over the last 5-6 years and has drastically gone downhill. Show up tonight to a completely different priced items, they never have their deals or even product, the deals aren’t that great anyways and always the same .. product selection is weak!! I will never ever return here, you can keep my points, donate them to someone who is more in need to shop at your garbage place! The product .. let’s talk about that, mediocre at best.. All of the prices on product has gone up since they’ve accepted Rec patients .. good luck ! Have it up Rec patients, this medical gal is out of this trash place! ✌🏻

This is my usual spot mainly for their prices. For the most part, service is friendly and quick. After today's visit though, I feel they're staff isn't trained to handle complaints about the product. Went in to buy more product as usual, but I mentioned my last bag of flower was not up to par. In fact, it just wasn't good. This particular flower is my go to, so I knew immediately something wasn't right. The smell was off and the taste was very chemically and bitter. When I mentioned this to them, I figured there would be some kind of quality control protocol or return policy. Basically, their response was they sell product under quality all the time and that there is nothing I can do about it. It came off slightly rude and I wasn't pleased with their answer. I left with 2 bad tastes in my mouth.

poor quality, poor music, the employees seem a little "Ghetto" listening to their rap music. my flower had a caterpillar in it, its always way to dry, and the employees dont seem knowledgeable. they seem like they are just there to make that paycheck, but dont actually care about the patients wants/needs ill never go here again. id rather pay 50 dollars & 8th. this place is for less fortunate people it seems. 6 dollars a gram 🤣 of the worst weed ever.

This place is trash...Manager Jacob lacks common decency! Shouldn’t have kids running the front line, he’s a perfect example of why not... don’t know how to handle situations that are above his head and has no communication skills. Threw one of his new employees under the bus for his own damn mistake! If the owners knew the repercussions he’s having on there company they would cut there ties...don’t say you haven’t been warned...

This dispensary is terrible with customer experience . Piss poor bud tender sat on her ass and offered zero assistance. Restroom out of order. Felt like I was at the county hospital. The fools working there including the so called "manager" were utterly useless. No "customer comes first" principal at this monkey outfit. I will never go there again. Try more friendlier dispensaries. This place sucks dick!

To the powers that be: First off, I am not writing this review to get free product or a discount! I am just a patient who cares about the treatment of other patients. Buying medicine should never be an uncomfortable experience. My wife and I have been going to bloom for a year now. In the past year, we have spent $4000.00 at Bloom! Unfortunately, neither one of will be returning. We have noticed the level of professionalism has dropped dramatically. Over the past month, the service and ambiance has been hit or miss. The buying experience seems a bit rushed, the waiting room is filled with individuals who think they are at a headshop, always asking for referrals for free medicine, and the attitude or coarseness of some of your patient consultants is unacceptable (in particular, the women with long braids and cane.) She needs to be aware of how she comes across! And it's been more than one occasion with her. My wife went to Bloom last month but left because of the conversation the receptionist was having with the doorman. It was unprofessional making the buying experience seem shady. She was openly commenting about how her new hat had a Pot Leaf and it said "I'm not a criminal"...followed by water-cooler talk, and how she can't wait to take her lunch break. That's the kind on conversation you hear at the supermarket or walmart by its employees at the cash wrap. Keep it professional people! I'm there to buy medicine to relieve my spinal & nerve issues and my wife's breast cancer- We are not young adults looking to score some weed!!! It seems as if Bloom has become complacent with some of its policies and procedures~ Yuri should know! I hope this review is "food for thought" for your management team and employees. thank you!

Long wait time, when they took me back it looked more like a gift shop you would find in a hotel than a dispensary. When I tried smelling the flower I noticed ALL OF THE JARS SMELL THE SAME (like lawn clippings and a faint smell of tea), I decided to buy an eighth as to not make the more than hour drive one way a waste and it was hands down the leafiest and most stem filled flower I've ever had. Won't be back and I'll be sure to steer everyone I know in the opposite direction.

Out of all the dispensary I've ever been to it has the worst quality bud it's dry I spend 200$ on dirt weed please don't go the cheap price is tempting but I promise you'll do better off spending extra cash somewhere else please close this place down

■ AVOID • AVOID • AVOID • All the ounces I have bought there have been leafy and often with seeds plus hit or miss on effect. • BAIT AND SWITCH DEALS: Today I went in at 8:07am and they were "OUT" of their $125 advertised Thursday ounces yet again so they tried to get me to buy a $145 ounce instead...scammers.

Wow. So you never tested your medicine before! Wow. I just called and was told that you raised the price on the pre rolls to 9 bucks now because you now test your weed! Wow!! Bloom was to pass the price of your expense down to the customer! wow. I will no longer come to you for my medicine. I will also tell everyone I know how bad this company has got. It's an ok dispensary. Even after raising flower prices recently it's still pretty affordable from MMJ card holders. I gave one star for service because they don't seem to be making concessions for medical users.

I will say I had the worst experience as a patient. I walked in gave my card to a lady with long hair so I immediately could tell was not having it. Looked at their "menu" which was typed paper taped to the counter, scribbled on and highlighted. They only take two patients at a time in their product room and there's no time limit. I asked how long the wait would be and the woman said "idk five mins 45 mins could be an hour". So I looked at their "menu" and it didn't say what type of strain they were so I asked which were sativas. She rolls her eyes and says a few. I mention how it's odd that that there are no photos of the product out for quick ordering. This was her response verbatim "you can google it on leafly" Umm I tried that and leafly does not have EVERY strain. Nor does it has photographs of the actual product sold at that place. Her service has really changed my mine about this place and I will never come back.

this is garbage. there is about 16 people standing outside more then half with online orders that say they are ready to be picked up yet were all out here waiting. why is this happening and how are you guys gonna fix it and make it right?

I've had my card 2 years now and I only come to Bloom when I want really cheap weed and am not concerned with quality because honestly here its hit or miss with their flower. I say that because its pre-packed nothing fresh out of a jar so sometimes you do get some good fresh flower but I have to say a majority of the time the bud is super super dry unfortunately and the skinny girl with the glasses that looks like a wanna be Harley Quinn has an attitude problem that should be addressed. Phoenix wake up! Stop giving these poorly run and poor quality medication dispensaries your money. I have now been to Bloom 3 times and all of the times the med quality has been horrible. I am from Colorado and have years of experience in the industry. Bloom has some of the most over priced meds i have seen for the quality in town. Get it together guys.

New girl at the front with glasses and brown/blonde hair was extremely rude to me. Prices are good. Quality of flower sucks. I guess I'm going to start to pay more somewhere else where I'll be addressed like a human rather then a transaction. I'll never comeback.

I’m a dispensary Agent. I have never wrote a review about a dispo let alone a negative review I’m here on Christmas Eve as well as 4 other patients and it’s 4:57pm they close at 5pm and the manager he said his name was “Jason” said he could not allow us in past 5 we showed him it was earlier than 5 and he was truly careless to the patient who was having major anxiety and flew in and called before coming in saying they would be open for her but we’re not. Not to mention they were doing a deal for Christmas only. I am reporting this to the state. Not only did they provide all AZ licensed patients with false information on their website but they denied patient AFTER PATIENT BEFORE 5 PM!!! I’ve never seen anyone anywhere treated how poorly these patients were treated as I was just a patient watching the cruel ness happen on Christmas Eve. His names Jason but then the security said his name was Tony. I will be back after the holidays to speak with his manager as this way of being treated is intolerable and should not be allowed We all drove very far to make it at the dispo before 5pm and Jason slammed the door in our face and said oh well have a good day. Being a DA since 2016 this is one place I will tell all my patients about due to the poor and cruel service I received so that way I can help my patients stay within the friendly dispensaries.

It makes me sad to have to write this review but lately, Bloom Dispensary has not been providing quality medication. Bloom was mine and my husband's first and only dispensary for over the last year and unfortunately we will be looking for a new dispensary for our next purchase. In the past couple of months, staff and quality of medication have gone drastically down. The new black lady in particular was extremely rude to my husband and actually debated with him about how giving birth to a child is more painful than anything else. You need to teach your staff that they are working in the 'medical' field and discussing anything or making any statements that could be offensive, should never happen. My husband has had 23 surgeries and is in severe chronic pain constantly. The pain from having a baby, which is a happy beautiful moment, could never be compared to the pain that a person could be in, like my husband. This debate was unforgivable in our eyes and shows what kind of staff you are hiring to help 'patients' get medication from your dispensary. As for quality of your medication, it is unacceptable. I have found countless white premature seeds in your most expensive top shelf meds and now, everything smells under cured or like hay. This is supposed to be medication and we are supposed to be getting top shelf quality but Bloom has been falling short in every aspect lately. My husband and I have spent a lot of money at Bloom, but we cannot afford to pay for medication that isn't helping our pain due to poor quality. Bloom, please get it together, hire a better staff again, and provide quality medication like you claim to do. We will miss the original staff, Stephen and Juju were 2 of your best! Hopefully patients will read this and find it helpful, as well as the management in charge of running Bloom.

I visited bloom for the first time in mid May, which was about a month after there opening. My initial impression was that they were off to a good start. The staff were all polite, professional & welcoming, and meds were all at least decent. Over the course of the last few months that I've frequented bloom, it has become very clear that bloom has been significantly declining in overall quality. Now, The Service is fair-poor, fair if you're lucky; Managers have no self control! Saying whatever they want to patients! A female manager in particular who has an attitude with patients like its her job! The employees, and managers are all very bad now, and even the security guard that works there was completely inappropriate with several comments i overheard directed at a few different patients... Furthermore, both myself & friends of mine have been treated so poorly by bloom dispensaries, that I find it absolutely necessary to inform all arizona medical marijuana patients out there! I have given Bloom so many chances! And it's obvious that they don't care one bit about the patient! is it because I don't go in there buying several hundred dollars of medicine at a time that I am dismissed like a sub human? YES & This is why you lose! ;) We all deserve compassion & a comfortable, welcoming environment while selecting our meds! Hope all you AZMMJrs find a better option for your meds as there are many out there now!
