I would definitely come back to Bloom! As a first time customer, I was extremely impressed by the quality of the flower they had. Compared to some other dispensaries, they by far have some of the best flower in NE Portland!

My husband and I stopped in for a deal on the Golden Extract pens. Melanie was very helpful and we also received our first time free pre-roll. I liked the set up there with the old fashioned bank teller window and the menu clearly written on chalkboard. Thanks Melanie we'll be back soon.

It's a great location all the employees are very welcoming. There is a wide variety of strains and etc to choose from. This is definitely a store I can keep coming back too.

This was the first cannabis store I've ever visited and I must say, I adore it! It's nice, bright and clean with a lovely minimalist decor. Some may call it it clinical but I like that about pot stores. I don't want to get my pot from a grimy, dimly lit store. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. And I got a decent deal with their $30 quarter special. This is the first of many visits I'm sure.

I like this place! The menu is pretty big and the staff is always the first to let you sniff the buds, and they're efficient and friendly.

This was a very nice dispensary with a good selection of cannabis. They have their bud pre measured and in bottles which is slick but be sure to check the labels as I received the wrong strain last time I went. It was an honest mistake as the strain were similar in name so I'd still recommend them. Enjoy!

I just wanted to point out that many of the people working here do not have experience with the medical side of cannabis. It's sad when instead of being able to have someone explain to me the product they are selling I show up and they don't have half of what's listed and they have no idea about what it is they are selling. good for rec bad for med

The good bad and ugly The good i have had the pleasure of meeting two employees and the owner. Its very refreshing to walk into a dispensarys and talk to employees that are educated on products and yet not completely faded, dab out, stoned like most dispensarys in town. The bad This place is huge use it. There are only 3 displays and no refrigerator. The down right UGLY Pre package products that are not scaled out in front of the customer. Back room handling of products feels reminiscent of black market deals. I get that this place used to be a bank but the glass wall is impersonal and make one feel as if you dont trust us....as in why should we trust what you grabbed out of the back room and pre bagged is what we ordered? I have never been wronged here im just making a point. I used to come here all the time because they had the best prices on concentrate but all the other dispensarys in town have sence matched price and also run deals on wed and sat that beat there price. Also on my 1st visit i was told that they dont give a free gift as advertised and that it must have been a different bloom location. I and my wife and friends have never received a VIP text. The owner is nice and the employees are nice so no disrespect to them. I just hope they learn to trust their customers and intergrate more into there beautiful store.

Looks nice, friendly staff but I wasn't stoked with the flower I was given. First of all, I hate when I can't see what I'm actually buying. This is one of those shops that has the few pretty buds out for display but they keep the majority of the flower out of sight. I bought some Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie that was poorly trimmed and had seeds! I also bought some Jack the Ripper that wasn't impressive either. I probably won't bother returning because of it.

The budtenders are extremely helpful and considerate of patient needs. Extremely polite and helpful, by far some of the best customer service I have experienced in the Portland.

Ive been going to Bloom for a few months now. The flower is always on point and consistent with a nice selection. Parking on MLK can be difficult at 5PM, but they have a big parking lot in back.
