This is by far one of the best dispensaries in MOCO. Prices may be slightly higher on certain items, but no one can beat their selection, so many varieties of different flower, concentrates, carts, hardware, etc. Their selection of concentrates is crazy, SO many kinds of shatter, budder, live sugars, etc. The staff knows what they're talking about when it comes down to diagnosing ailments and what product may be beneficial to you. Whether you need a good indica for sleep, pain, and sedation, or a nice sativa for energy and creativity, they have it. Another good thing about Bloom is that they're very educated in terpine profiles, something many people overlook. This is mainly where the tastes and medicinal properties come from. Thanks guys! You rock!

Bloom has a good variety. I happen to like preroll so I go there mostly for those. Their rewards program is great and the staff very polite and knowledgeable. I recommend going here if you have questions about what strains can help you.

I love the staff. Rose one of the staff members has really truly helped me a lot of times. She always great me with a smile and by my first name. She really make me feel like family. Rose has assisted me with product information and has always taken her time with me. Rose is great she deserves an A++.

I’ve been shopping here for years. They have the best deals. But their customer service is definitely going downhill. I placed an order online right before they closed, when I showed up the next morning to pick up my order they refused to honor the price that was on my receipt from placing the order. I’ve literally spent thousands here, and they turned me away over $12. There are too many dispensaries around for them to be treating customers any way they want. I will NEVER spend another dollar at Bloom. If you’re reading this I suggest Zen Leaf Germantown, they honor the price on the reservation every time. EDIT: The manager called me to apologize and said she wish they would have known and they would have handled it. HOWEVER, 4 different people looked at my receipt on my phone and made the decision to not honor the price, then i left without purchasing anything, while i was leaving i voiced my dissatisfaction, then i sat in my car in front of the store for 15 minutes to post this review. The same employee that refused to honor my reservation came out to do a curbside order and looked right at me. THEY HAD AMPLE OPPORTUNITY TO FIX THE SITUATION. THEY DID NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG UNTIL THEY RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MARKETING REGARDING MY GOOGLE REVIEW. Just goes to show you that they will do whatever they want until they are called out on it. They offered a discount and to honor the price. I declined. There are 15 other places i would rather give my business to. Businesses that truly care about their patients without needing their corporate offices holding their hand to guide them.

I visited one other dispensary prior to visiting Bloom Medicinals in Maumee, Ohio. Being a new patient first visited a dispensary in Bowling Green and had an awful experience and a quite hefty bill. While disappointed with that visit. I next visited Bloom Medicinals and I think they have extremely wise and well trained Budtenders. After being with a pain management specialist for 15 years bye bye Big Pharma. Bloom Medicinals budtenders have been the most compassionate and caring and soooooo very helpful as I go through the physical withdrawl. Always have answers for questions, never am I rushed. They always have great inventory and prices! Sales are the best I have seen in the area. Being of indigent status they offer great discounts for myself and veterans also! This place is top notch and goes above and beyond to help! If you don’t go here….your loss! Thanks to the staff of Bloom Medicinals I am finally feeling alive and able to live life and not just lay around like a lump in a bed all day! Look out world….I am back thanks to the help from Bloom and the great Medical Marijuana products they carry! Thanks you all! M. Begley

Bloom Medicinals is my absolute favorite dispensary to buy my medications from. I love that it is local, close to my home. If you are looking for the friendly neighborhood “warm” feeling from a business, this is it. I love to visit here for many reasons but one thing that set Bloom apart is the love and compassion that they have for the community. They are always hosting fundraisers or drives for the less fortunate. The integrity of this business is commendable. You are not going to find too many places like this that wholeheartedly cares about consumers and where they live. Another reason is simply the people that work there. Everyone is so friendly and super knowledgeable about medical cannabis. I have learned to much just speaking with them when I visit. They are eager to assist and are very patient when I cannot make a decision quickly. I also love the variety, they always have a nice selection of various cannabis products. The store is always neat and clean. They are one of the very few(only one I’ve been to so far) that offer a student discount, which is awesome! I also really like the point program. Whenever you purchase, write a review, refer people etc, you earn loyalty points. Once you generate enough points you can redeem them for money off of your purchases. All in all, one of the best dispensaries I’ve visited and that includes other states and countries. Thank you all for what you do!

These folks are great. They're welcoming, the facility was bright and clean, and the employees I interacted with were clearly knowledgeable. The flower selection was substantial, and both 1/8ths I bought were relatively fresh. They might be a tad on the pricey side, but I think that overall, they edge out many of the other dispensaries in the area.

As always, a great visit. Staff is informed, and a great help everytime.

Stephanie is amazing! She's fast and efficient, knows her product and Her customer service is phenomenal she truly deserves a raise. While there I heard a song on the radio I fell in love with she wrote it down for me but o unfortunately forgot it there. When I got home I saw a text from her saying the name of the song because she saw I forgot the paper ugh I'm impressed !!
