I came in looking for a new provider. The first thing the guy told me is everything is completely 100% organic. So I inquired what he meant by that and he continued to explain their salt based hydroponics. Not organic in the slightest. Then I asked what they made their vape cartridges out of: propylene glycol. A listed and well documented carcinogen and allergen. All organic? Bullshit. Then he tried to talk his way out of it, further insulting my intelligence. Straight liars.

Super shady location definitely do not have medical cannabis in mind menu on wall months out of date no selection flower doesn’t even make my symptoms go away and just gives me a headache.

Super friendly staff and really knowledgeable in every category. Prices are super reasonable and their selection is pretty good just in the Leaf department, but also have great edibles, tincture, whatever you're looking for

Great people, great products. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my trips to the "candy store," as I call it, so enjoyable and easy. (They also have dogs to greet you so that's a HUGE bonus.)

What an amazing experience this was! I had so many questions, and was nervous to ask every single budtender in this city until I met the folks at Bloom... wow. I didn’t feel dumb for asking my questions, I felt like they truly cared about what I wanted to know, and my health issues and truly felt the need to find what was right for me.... not what would earn them the big bucks. i have felt so much better since switching to Bloom.

Felt very rushed to get in and out due to crowded lobby. Ended up receiving a .3 mL when I was anticipating a .5 mL cartridge. Of course no help after the transaction. I wouldn't have gone here knowing they're prices aren't as advertised and knowing they're communication with is not on par when the lobby gets busy.

I love this store , they are very friendly and well educated , I haven’t ever had a bad product from them , I love the easy pickup option for when I’m short on time and that they stay open until 8pm

Finally now that medical marijuana patients are untethered in Montana it is allot easier to explore the states dispensaries, number one on my list was BLOOM MT. and they did not disappoint. Starting with the building itself (I'm speaking about the west end location) you roll up to a gorgeous ultra modern log cabin type building. Once you enter the building your immediately greeted by a professional high end boutique atmosphere that's very warm, inviting, friendly and a rather down home feeling. As for the products, of which I feel I need to do some comparing because I found BLOOM MT. to be like a hybrid of my two previous dispensaries Lighthouse Organics and Elevated. So like Lighthouse BLOOM features a craft cannabis approach (quality over quantity) thus yielding some of the loveliest flower I've experienced in the state. Like Elevated all products including the Flower are very professionally prepackaged and labeled with lab info. BLOOM like Elevated also carries a large array of concentrates (BLOOM I would say has the widest selection of strain specific concentrates and hash that I've seen so far) and edibles, I would also say that BLOOM has better prices on these products, however they do charge a small tax so that might negate the price difference but honestly this is not a problem because BLOOM still offers a very robust loyalty incentive in the form of points that you can save and cash in when you like, weekly sales, 10% off online orders, a weekly raffle and other super cool deals that make BLOOM stand out in the world of customer appreciation. All in all I'm very impressed with BLOOM and would recommend this store to anyone needing medical cannabis, they just got it all and it is top quality all the while providing 4 star customer service. I'm very proud of Montana's cannabis industry and stores like this are why. BRAVO BLOOM!!!

Great atmosphere and great staff. Super helpful and friendly. Love this store. Great selection and great products. Nice selection of Edibles too. Not a lot of glass if your looking for a piece.
