Great service, knowledgeable staff, my order was ready on time and accurate. Staff was able to recommend products that I enjoyed. The Diesel Dough and Blue Cheese are amazing.
My favorite dispensery. Everyone is always helpful and will walk you through new products. I was only experienced in using flower prior to getting my cannabis license. I was curious about tinctures and shatter. After talking with the bud tenders I found that shatter wasn't probably for me but left with lots of resources and recommendations for tinctures. Even though selling me shatter would have made them more money the tenders seemed genuinely interested in matching me with the correct products for my needs. The only thing I could complain about is that on Fridays and Sundays they are VERY busy so you can feel a bit rushed. But the reason they are so busy those days is because of their awesome sales. But you can use leafy to bypass the wait. They will price adjust anything on sale that the leafy price doesn't match
The customer service was very poor. No one seemed inclined to help me.
I came for street price Tuesday and walked away with weed that any dealer would be ashamed to drop. It was 1/3 leaf with buds so loose that the trichomes and pistils fall out at the slightest touch. I've emailed them with no response. Wish I could post the photo I sent them.
