Great looking building with a fantastic smoke store attached. It was my first visit and my greeting was basic. Once my number didn’t pop up (as I am a new patient) the desk person is irritated. Opposed to saying “Oh it’s your first time here!” It was “I need your number” My purchase was made, I get my bag and that’s it. I told the desk person to have a nice day, she waived. 🙄 Maybe it was a bad day but I have tried 3 other dispensaries in the area and they have been friendly and helpful!

2nd chance Sunday saved me some $ plus being my first time in there got me another discount on non-sale items. Had a few strains I have not been able to find anywhere else, in cartridge form but for my medical purposes I've really been wanting to try these.

These people are dedicated and do good work to get the medicine to the people. I appreciate them every time I go there. Ordered online, order was ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes, wait to pickup was less than 10 min. I love Blair Wellness.

Todd helped me last time. Look him up. He was personable and funny and really nice. When I asked about the difference, he knew what I was talking about and explained.

Bud is overpriced for it’s quality. Can find much better bud for a cheaper price at other shops in city. This is a last minute spot.

Usually give 5 stars. As a former employee, and someone that spends money every single week here I expect better service from the employees and management in this establishment. I have NEVER been told that you guys can’t honor the price that is on Leafly. ever… every single time I have ever come here and a product is priced higher at the register, you guys have always honored the Leafly price that I originally had on my order. Now I just had to walk out of your store and buy my things somewhere else because when I asked to speak to a manager I was told by the guy at the front desk that “ he’s not gonna do it either” and got my money handed back to me. It’s okay luckily there are many other dispensaries that are close. WHY WOULD I PLACE MY LEAFLY ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE IF YOU GUYS DONT HONOR THE PRICE???

I am a regular here. Because of the coronavirus they were not allowed to package in front of me. Sadly, I trusted them with the scaling. I opened the bottle after purchasing to see that the flower was very dense and 7 grams appeared to be very low in volume. I went out the exit door to the front to explain what happened just to be told that they will not exchange it for something else. THIS is the second issue I've had with Blair this week. Just Saturday they sold me weed under another patient's name. His stickers was on my bottle. I called to make sure it was sold under me and it was placed on his account so I wasn't just a label mix up. I told the guy at the front that the really have to do better and he told me, "We ain't gonna do nothing". What a shit show!

Supposedly Blair is now only allowed to sell certain brand vapes on specific days, but cannot sell all brands on their 30% days? Blair used to be a good dispensary, but if they are changing this, I'll go elsewhere. Plus, some of budtenders are not very knowledgeable or good at sales. I had to ask to see the terp profile and THC contents on a cart last month after i asked what they were, only to be answered "i dont know." What kind of service is that? Friendly yes, but I believe they need more training.

Pre order was super easy, was in and out

Ordered an oz of high grade flower for $310 thru online menu . Stopped and picked it up on the way to a dinner . Unfortunately i didnt Look hard at both containers it was in . When i got home - there was over 10 grams of SHAKE in there . Was told they cant help me on that ..... Now iv spent a lot of money at Blair and I never have any problems but this really bothered me . I was told next time to look better at the product before leaving the store . I get it , my fault for walking out without complete inspection but come on . Nobody should have filled that order for an oz and put over 10 grams of shake . A phone call saying that they didn't have that much of the flower would have been much appreciated . Just heads up - take a good look if ordering online and dont assume its all good .

Arrived 15 minutes prior to closing for my pickup order and was told I didn't arrive in time and denied service.

If your a vet don’t return here they may ask you to provide more proof besides the one you already provided. I’ve gotten better service other dispensers
