Easy to get into, but parking can be tough. Great selection, clean store. Like the online options and reviews with each product.

The best part of Beyond / Hello, what used to be the Green Solution is their staff. They hire great people with great knowledge but better personalities. They know their shit. Sometimes they've been out of too many products for me to give it all 5 stars and also their prices are a little on the high side. Overall, I'd go back in a heartbeat. Great people and when they have the right products (my preference of products, I know others are just peachy with what they have), this place is a huge blessing. Just costs a little more than other shops I've been to.

If you shop medical, go somewhere else. They first, recently, right before this new Beyond Hello that is only recreational opened, started getting only half gram RSO and I see they are now trying it with the dabs as well but they sell half gram containers and have essentially upped the purchase of an entire gram, up $20 so it’s no longer even medical prices for the medical users. Now though, just do a comparison for yourself of any product that they have for sale on the medical menu from Normal and compare it with their Bloomington store. I just did. They have literally half the supply of their medical and far larger sized store in Normal. With concentrates for example, they have 21 products in Normal on the medical side and they have options we’ve never even been offered on the medical side in Normal, on the only recreational, much smaller store, in Bloomington. Same with their flower. Literally double the number of products for a smaller store, all so they don’t have to help the medical patients. This company isn’t about care like most medical dispensaries. They care only about your money and they look for newer better ways to rob you on a regular. It’s been since legit before Christmas since they have had a single Verano strain with a higher thc percentage than 25%. I know because I need at least 26% to feel anything due to nerve damage and it’s been nearly 2 months now since they last had any product honestly of any value. They essentially sell their garbage in the Normal store because even their garbage eventually gets sold to the people not willing or wanting to drive the extra 15 minutes over to the other store, 1 way. I legit spend about $1,000 in there per month, if not more and you’re about to lose me as a customer. Not that you probably actually care compare to the millions you’re gaining but little by little, you will lose some of your monthly gains. I know all about how much you make and how you make. I studied the shit out of the industry and was going to open my own dispensary in 2015 in another state. You’re robbing people Beyond Hello and now you’re not even allowing us the better product as the people who actually freaking need it as medical users.

Overpriced and horrible supply, friendly staff that are not always that helpful and is obviously pressured to market everything as wonderful when they always have PTS in stock and that company is complete trash.

I bought a joos vape pen on the suggestion of a rep there and i hate it. it has no flavor whatsoever except for already been burnt cannabis. i tried one before and had the same experience. not sure why you even carry it. your supply of shake for people on a budget is very limited and i can never find what I want. one of your reps said try other products and I dont want other products and they are very limited also. you get one good product in and we never see it again. tired of paying out the ying yang for a product that should be pretty much free.(it used to grow all over the place in Illinois). you should be stocking and saving your supply for medical patients only but mostly all your company cares about is money from what i can see. just read all the medical reviews they are terrible!!!!!!!!!. the rep said you have a pharmacist? me as a medical patient had no idea.... You all may be making tons of money but your medical patients suffer. time to pull your head out beyond hello jushi!!!!!
