Friendly knowledgeable bud tenders. High prices, but fantastic product. wait line was unbelievablely long, but wait time wasn't all that long. I'm from out of state and disabled and they let me sit in a chair the whole wait time.

Do not like getting screwed by someone just cuz they have a temporary Monopoly don't like paying the same price per as someone buying 1/10 the product I am v

Had to give it 5 stars based off of service forsure! Very pleasing and they answer any and every question you got. Unfortunately when I went they had no flower but that’s reasonable due to the pandemic so the lovely gentleman offered us one of their disposable carts and they are fantastic! Also not too long of a wait time.

They consistently have the best products available anywhere in the STL area!

Beyond/ Hello is a little over an hour away from our home, but the service and product is so great that it is definitely worth the drive! Highly recommend this dispensary.

Customer Service always great!

I am a medical patient that lives in Collinsville and I drive out of my way to go to this dispensary, instead of the one in town. I have never been disappointed with any of the products I have received or the service they provide. They even have daily discounts which I thought was really nice. And all of the employees are very professional and knowledgeable, ESPECIALLY Paul!! More than a few times, he has really helped find the right medicine for me.

Love this place staff great and smells great too. Thanks to Amy for all the knowledge and the good spirit's. Keep ut up guys love you all..

Fast with online ordering but prices are super inflated

I placed an order online Tuesday evening and it was ready on time the next day. Short wait in the pre-order line upon arriving. Those taxes tho! My actual order was $324. Taxes were $100. Not the dispensary’s fault. Illinois sure is making money.

Understanding this is not the west coast and with-in its first year of opening....There is one competitor, with tht being said Quality is better here Choices also better here Service is simpler here but the other place shows luv every time Service and Atmosphere go to them....Could be better but solid.

The new 1401 Mississppi Ave location is great. Everyone was friendly and super fast. Loved the mirror by the exit!

Not helpful and very very expensive. No selection, only two products available. Felt very uncomfortable when I asked question or for help!

I love walk-in purchasing--as well as speedy online express pickup. Takes less time than a visit to Walgreen's. The atmosphere is quiet, friendly, helpful and smells great! They sell these great Elusive candles (I bought one). Senior discounts and a reward program! It never seems crowded no matter when I arrive, and check-in is fast.

First time to a dispensary and they did not disappoint. Very clean inside and the staff is super helpful and easy going. Can not wait to come back!
