I wish I could say this was a good dispensary. However, there are many red flags. It takes much longer to get registered than any of the other dispensaries I've been to in the area. - I purchased a total of about 8 carts. Of which only 3 pulled. So I have $500 in carts that are useless. I've tried to contact the store with no reply. - Batteries from the store last about 1 use, if that... then they break - everything has to be ordered online so there is no consultation available, which is a HUGE red flag.... we are here for MEDICAL ASSISTANCE people!!! -- when you go to pick up the items the employees are RUDE and unhelpful. Go to DC. You'll find much better assistance, guidance and something that will actually work for the reasons you're going.

I’m combat vet with 2 spinal surgeries,last one being May 20,2022. My surgeon actually recommended cannabis as a alternative treatment for mild pain instead of opiates. I was at 40mg Percocets for 4 years..!…time to get off. I first came here back in July last year and have been treated very nicely, staff and pharmacists are very helpful if you ask them. And actually those 2 other reviewers who rated badly are the kind of people who just show up once, something or someone didn’t do or say the right things, then ether get offended. I’m sorry, but what that said is NOT true. Virginia has very strict policies on WHO can SELL in Virginia. Most growers are just starting up and don’t have enough “overhead” to conform to “medical” marijuana regulations as to a recreational marijuana is easy to sell, but not medical. And actually, it was the pharmacist who told me about how the system works. Wow…..ok……everyone needs to know . It’s HARD to sell medical cannabis in Virginia. The staff here have ALWAYS been nice and helpful . They get busy sometimes,ok what store doesn’t . Great dispensary overall..!…I come here almost every week.

This isn’t a personal review but that of a friend who loved the place her first time there I’ll have to check back wither to see if that’s changed because as I said she loved it especially for quality. However, I had a question about the faulty vapes, I guess they won’t replace them? As far as their products being inconsistent hopefully that’s because they’re just starting up and the supply chain problems will be worked out? I guess only time will tell, in the meantime old friends come in handy😉I’m goin on 63 and been growin devils lettuce close to 20 years now best I can recall lol That said I can get by without a pharmacist which is figured into pricing, living on a fixed income cost is a major factor! but it’s a good thing for those new to cannabis and its wonderful benefits! We never stop learning….as long as we remain willing to listen✌️
