This place is great, it has a friendly staff, music to listen to while you wait, it’s super fast and easy to get your medicine and they are always stocked with everything. Been going here for about a month , no bad trips yet!

I was so happy that you opened so close to my home. The staff are really knowledgeable and are super helpful in finding me what I need. I suggest people try this location.

Great assortment of product and knowledgable staff. Was unfamiliar with many aspects of cannabis & what to use. Glad I was helped by Gigi, who was great at guiding me towards the product that would best serve my needs! She was able to give me so much information about the options available, and I had a lot of questions! Super personable, and made me feel comfortable asking and knew so much,i could tell she did her research and really wanted to help patients find what works for them, and teach them why. She was really knowledgeable about terpenes and their effects working with her helped me find some good strains for me. I used to think it was all about the THC content, but it turns out the terpenes can carry many beneficial effects and what you select can really impact your experience. If you go to Beyond Hello, ask for Gigi she was great and knew her stuff!

Terrific location for two reasons: it’s easily accessible for all patients entering the building; as well as drivers coming from multiple directions due to corner multi-light location. The only drawback I found (oxymoron because I didn’t find this location and it had been open three months), was that I FOUND this place, finally, online, after driving by the dispensary for months. People are WONDERFUL!! Incentives that they offer are a great idea. Prices are good and staff knowledgeable—— need more selection... a problem with every place

BH is a great place to work; compassionate pharmacists, employees, soothing atmosphere. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my medicine (unless there was a really good sale!)

I loved the knowledge possessed by all service members, and thought the location was operating with medical sufficiency.

Every time it come to me needing to get what I need, there online order system is never accepting orders. The system they use to take care of patients is flawed. For example, it is raining today and there was a line of 12 people. I waited in line for 20 minutes and the line moved one person. This is unacceptable. Something needs to change on how they take care of customers in a timely manner, or fix the online orders so it doesn't take patients forever to wait and then pick it up at the clinic. This is why there is consultations, so patients who don't know what they want or need can be helped without causing back-up issues for the rest of the populace who have 3-5 minute in and out times.

The staff was very polite and knowledge. They helped me find the perfect combination of products to treat my symptoms. I have nothing bad to say, just a wonderful experience!

Bud tender was obviously passionate about her job. She was willing to answer a million questions, and asked others/researched if she wasn’t sure of an an answer. Great deals, new patient discount as well.

I really like the selection and compared to other local dispensaries Beyond Hello's coupons and discounts give the patients a much better value. If they keep it up this will definitely be my #1 go to shop! The staff is always helpful when I'm coming in for specific LLR carts or high CBD shatter which I most often use and like best!

Visited the west chester location for my first time. The place was nicer than I thought. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The one guy dalton was beyond cool and helpful. He explained a lot to me. I will def be going back here more.

Wonderful! Staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Having visited dispensaries in several states, this was by far the best experience. They don't rush you in and out or they to upsell you because they are focused on sharing high quality products to meet your needs.
