Beyond Hello - Scranton (Moosic St.)

I was using another dispensary in the city until Beyond opened up. It is only 2-3 minutes from my residence. That was the first benefit. Secondly is the friendly staff when you initially enter the building. I was escorted into the retail area where i was helped by an employee to decide on a strain which I decided to purchase. I received the discount given to seasoned citizens plus other discounts their grand opening. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will I return? MOST DEFINETELY! William Ronchi

This location is my new favorite dispensary :) It’s beautiful inside and the menus are so fancy. Everyone was super welcoming and kind, they are awesome with patient appreciation!

Beyond Hello is a one of the newest dispensaries to open up in Scranton. With a selective menu, a incredible staff, and a perfect location, this dispensary has all the potential to be very successful !

This is my favorite location so far in Scranton. They have good deals and promotions, right now they don't have the 15% discount but that's because they are waiting to get approved by the DOH not because they are unwilling. Great atmosphere, service, and dry flower! It was my second time there today, and still just as satisfied as the first!

First of all I was using another dispensary but wanted a dispensary closer to home so I tried this one I was absolutely thrilled with this dispensary because there was no lines not crowded clean organized. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Natalie the employee that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Also the other dispensary that I used always had issues with arguments between the patients. I will only use Beyond Hello dispensary from now on.

Great location and great staff. Menu is a little small, but they carry product that columbia care doesn't.

These people think that they are better or somehow above the customer. No discount for disabled, or any other people. Crappie selection as well. Go to Columbia care for a wide selection solid by kind friendly people. Discount for veterans, disabled,and other people who are not working.

horrible place. Do not buy from here. They sold to me a product that is set to expire from 1 month of my purchase. After discovering this, I called and spoke with the manager. The manager was no helpful and only argued that it's fine to consume marijuana products after expiration date. I could not believe this manager had the nerves to say this lie. Beyond/Hello in Scranton, PA needs to be shut down and fined by the department of health.

Was here today for the first time. very helpful staff and a decent selection, the only downside is the lack of products but that is with every dispensary in Pennsylvania so it doesn't matter here. very nice display of medicine made by people who are obviously interested and enthusiastic about cannabis usage, culture, and helping people. High ly recommended. also they offer discounts for your second visit!

Friendly and helpful staff. I chose this location as my first dispensary and they helped me figure out which products would be best for me to at least try. Plus, they had scratch offs and I got $15 off my first order. Also got a card that I can earn up to $25 off on my next order.

I go here all the time it’s amazing! The staff is very friendly & sweet. I just hate how they always run out of flower so quickly. Other than that 5 out of 5.

This is the worst dispensary in Nepa. They claim they take online orders, but the site won't take orders and when you call, which they also claim you can do, the pharmacist (Chris) is rude and hangs up on you! When inside, they do not keep you personal info private,etc. The list goes on. I recommend avoiding this dispensary and going to JG! If you can't preorder, your expected to drive (over an hour) and hope.

If you want to be treated like a normal person and not feel like you’ve been robbed don’t step foot in this place. They pay for good reviews. It’s about time the place is called out. If you want Amazing service go to Clumbiacare.

I think it is a nice lay out with plenty of different flowers to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also it's the only dispensary that has promotional deals for there customers. Gotta love this spot.

In my opinion, this is the best dispensary in the Scranton/WB area. I have to say that the staff are amazing - they are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The actual dispensary is beautiful inside, and I like how it is set up. One great aspect of the set up is that you don't have to wait in line, so if the salesroom is full, they have a comfortable waiting area. At the other dispensary in Scranton, you stand in line (sometimes for quite a while!) and can hear everything other patients are discussing with staff. Beyond's set up gives you more privacy when discussing products/medications with the staff, and you don't feel rushed because there aren't 10 people in line behind you! My only issue is the lack of medical discount, as pointed out by other reviewers. However, they run promotions fairly often - the other dispensary in Scranton does not - so be sure to sign up for their emails and text messages.

I started going here because I liked the idea of the points system. I keep going here because the people are friendly and knowledgeable. I had chronic insomnia for two years and when my doctors suggested the medical card I was ready to try anything. After maybe a month and a half of trying to see what worked, I was just about to give up. I decided to give it one more try and the young gentleman there helped me find what he thought would work. It worked and I'm sleeping much better now. I'm not getting as much as I should just yet, but I'm sleeping and waking up feeling rested. I also had a doctors appointment and had my lowest blood pressure reading in about 3 years. Your employees are amazing and whatever you're paying them...double it!! 🥰 They're worth it!! Thank you for helping me get some rest and relaxation.
