Wish they had a weed dispensing atm for those who can’t get to the dispensary during business hours

I've visited the Beyond Hello dispensary several times since it's opened and the quality, service, and atmosphere are all 10/10! Everyone working at this location is very friendly and extremely knowledgable about all the available products and menu. I prefer this dispensary over all the others in Western Pennsylvania because they really take time with each customer, as many other dispensaries seem to rush customers in and out quickly. Do yourself a favor and visit Beyond Hello because they are beyond amazing!

Finding the dispensary was somewhat difficult, parking is awkward, I had to use a parking meter. The waiting room is small, decorated well, offers free water and nice bathroom. It could definitely use a TV or some ambient music to occupy the waiting time. The actual pharmacy area in the back is wonderfully decorated and offers a superb selection compared to other dispensaries. I was impressed with the menu and the knowledge of the staff. Overall it will be my new home for buying medication, hope they make improvements!

First time at a Beyond-Hello dispensary. Had a great experience. Staff was attentive and complimentary when I first came in the door. Patient consultants were a great help, thank you Kole and Kate for your help and advice. Due to there thoughtfulness I left with the exact strain I needed. They have some great in house purchase deals. Marked them on quality due to lack of selection compared to others, and atmosphere because it just felt too sterile to me. Maybe some music or something. Just seemed like the first week jitters were very present.

I love how the employees work hard to keep the line of people moving so there isn't a long wait time to get your goodies.

Very helpful staff who helped me pick what I needed.

One star after feelings of corrupt management and unprofessional work environment. This was back in Summer of 2020 and My card had expired towards the end of 2020. I never bothered to go back to the store since I had that last experience there. I left the store and had seen “Cory” outside frantically calling somebody on his phone, who I believe was a manager at that time for that crew. Swearing and acting upset like he was angry at someone.. remind you that there are very long wait times as it is there and for someone who is apparently in a manager position to be very unprofessional and unapproachable was not giving me a feeling I should keep supporting this business any longer.
