Awful. Waited 20 min because they couldn’t figure there computer out then to find out another 15 min after that they don’t even have flower. What dispo doesn’t have flower?!? Will never come back and do not recommend, there’s way better dispos around the area.

This store was absolutely beautiful!!! It was my first time there, and I am very impressed. The Receptionist was very friendly and there to greet me with a great smile as soon as I walked it. The bud tenders seem to really know their stuff. Location is so convenient. I’m really glad we have this location in kzoo to visit. I will definitely be back, and will be referring everyone I know.

A very disorganized situation overall. I was put off by the fact the people before me was yelling about being ripped off. My personal experience did not seem to be much better than the couple before myself. I think my jar was short and I hated the glass it was dangerous.

Didnt get my first time discount. Everyone was confused. I was told the wrong price on almost every item I purchased. I also saw a blatent attempt to lower other nearby dispensaries ratings by leaving negative reviews. This place is over priced and just trying to make a buck. I think you Better try other places.

Today was the 1st day they were open and I was their first customer. The building and selection are AMAZING!!! Everyone that I came in contact with was so knowledgeable and friendly. This will definitely be my new go to place. Congrats on the new business and wonderful staff!!!!

Great selection of reasonably priced bud. Staff is laid back yet professional.

Got no smoke. Only carts I saw was some off brand presto garbage.

The receptionist was friendly and courteous and pointed me in the right direction and answered everthing that i asked , she was polite and friendly and definitely would come back again.

Didn't get my discount on my 1st purchase, they took care of that with no issues the next time I came in, Love the friendly atmosphere throughout, the gals out front are so nice to greet you.

Overheard the budtenders say something racist about the security guard and the girl at the check in. I will not be back.

I did not like the set up and the options for medicine are not as big as down the road I also do not like how leafy the bud is

DONT TRUST THESE REVIEWS THEY INCENTIVIZE FREE PRODUCT FOR GOOD REVIEWS. This dispo is simply awful. You can tell they dont care about marijuana or know anything about it, just there for a buck. They never have flower and they offer awful prices compared to others in the area. Staff is unknowledgeable and annoying tbh. It looks nice however, they dont know how to operate a business or maintain a dispensary

I would be remiss to not mention the fact that I learned a lot about this place from a current employee. He says the management go in and write all the positive reviews you read here because as soon as they opened nobody liked them except for Lake Effect budtenders because Presto aka PooPoo Pods are cheaper. I have to revise my earlier review. They said they were going to get some fresh flower, but three weeks has gone by, checked in yesterday and just the same old stuff, and I mean OLD stuff. Sure, good prices, but they are trying to get rid of the old product, and yesterday their shelves were almost bare. I heard someone ask if they were closing shop and I believe the girl said "something like that". Too bad because I liked the shop and the staff. They have a much better atmosphere than "down the road", but at least there is good stuff down the road (and at many other places n Kalamazoo, too).

Prices is kalamazoo are still out of wack people! 25/30 for grams in Detroit! Save up and by in bulk over there. I spend 2-300 and walk away with 10-14 grams..

I drive out here from Grand Rapids pretty regularly and it’s definitely worth it! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and honest when it comes to recommendations; their descriptions are always spot on. Goo berry pre-rolls are my favorite.
