Berkshire Roots (ADULT USE)

Love the televisions all over, and the glass stands that you can view products in. It always smells so good. Highly recommend, their pre rolled combos are awesome and a great deal and great way to try many strains they offer with only one purchase.

There is no contest; you guys are the best dispensary in MA, particularly for high quality flower. You guys have CONSISTENTLY huge and flavorful buds that are nitro-sealed for freshness, and it works. With every other dispensary, including one in particular that won a lot of awards recently, it is literally a toss up regarding what kind of bud quality you're getting. Could be great, could be terrible. Not with you guys! Please never sacrifice quality for quantity! You're doing everything right so keep it up!

I made the 1 hr and 40 minute trip from NY to Berkshire Roots and arrived 3 minutes before they closed. I panicked when I tried the door and it was locked but thankfully a very nice guy let me in and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and even though it was past closing time, I didn't feel rushed to get out of there. The products I bought were all phenomenal. They are also one of the only dispensaries i have found that offers a significant discount or deal to take advantage of. I got 25% off my item and they had a deal to buy 2 vape cartridges get 3rd 50%off so it was worth the drive! I would recommend this to place to my friends and i will use again for sure! They also had a great selection to choose from! Nice place!

Berkshire Roots is my new favorite location in Mass. I’ve visited their store several times now and have purchased several different strains of bud, pre-rolls, chocolate bars, and gummies. To start, the bus has come pre packaged in 1/8’s or 1/4’s. A few of their strains, 413 Chem and Orange Chemeleon are as good as any bud I’ve ever seen. The Orange Chemeleon tastes like a citrusy New England IPA, absolutely delicious. Their edibles, especially the gummies, are offered in many flavors and are pretty consistent in their effect. I would compare to a favorite brand I’ve bought from CO. The edibles are made on site. Nice atmosphere inside store. Friendly staff. Will try their 1g cartridges next. Looking forward to going back.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

My Budtender Benjamin was Absolutely Amazing!!! I went up to grab a couple G's of wax: Congolese Kush & OGKB 2.O BX. Both are good, verrryyy stronggg indicas.. I've  gotten some phenomenal sleep this week!! I'm not sure if the solid sleep is helping my depression or if its the 🌿product🌿 itself?? But I def feel less blue😰😨..Haven't cried myself to sleep once this week🌿🙏🌿🙏🌿🙏🌿!! Benjamin suggested the Chalice AC/DC as for my anxiety.. Wow. Is all I can say!!! It is so flavorful!! It tastes like 🍒🍒 cherries!! Its delicious and just enough.. Not too😑🌿high.. It quieted the chatter in my head (obsessive over thinking) & allowed for some good vibrations🌿♓🌿💟 to flow thru!! I am Impressed with their products🌿🌿 and even more impressed with their employees. Benjamin was patient, kind and informative!! Its clear to me that Berkshire Roots cares about their customers.. I am forever Thankful & Appreciative to have a place like Berkshire Roots!!💘

This is the closest dispensary to me and honestly I’m so thankful for that. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions and offer suggestions. Not to mention they always have deals that I can’t beat locally. We go at least once a month and I will always recommend this place.

Pros: Great in-house flower with good cumulative price breakdowns on flower. The Old School is a long time fan favorite and I always pick some up when I stop by. Staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are a first timer this is the place I recommend for you. I am a long time veteran stoner but I have observed their staff on various occasions taking quite a lot of time to answer questions. Cons: Sometimes their integrated online ordering system for pre-orders will show you that your order is ready when in fact the system may be down on their end. My best advice is to give them a call after you get your confirmation that your order is actually indeed ready. When you arrive make sure to let the security guard out front you have an online order and they will allow you past the line for walk ins.

Lack of customer service! Bought a lot of stuff and in car appeared that one of jars completely empty and not sealed. Went back to the shop, explained the situation at the entrance and asked to be served next in the line, as an answer got “No” just wait your turn on the line. Waited around 20 mins were served for another 20 mins at least, what ruined all our plans for the day. Then asked for manager, explained if it’s okay that due to their fault we had to wait second time in the line as an answer got “I’m sorry” with look (idgf). Won’t recommend to anybody. First time at the shop and such experience. Maybe they good if you don’t have any issues. But the thing is how you deal with the issues.
