Bask - Adult Use (Recreational)

Not very courteous or customer driven. Lack of friendliness is palpable. I usually visit Northeast alternatives in Fall River. Bask is closer to home, but I'll drive a distance for good customer service. Heads up BASK owners!!

I went in to buy "Doc Holiday" today. They had 2 variations listed on their paper in store. 8th for $35 18%thc 7g popcorn nugs $85 23%thc I ended up buying the popcorn nugs cuz the thc was higher. I get home and look at the bottle and it says 18% Not cool. I could have bought 8ths for 35 each. But I wanted the 7g popcorn nugs because they were higher thc percent. Instead I got 7g popcorn nugs 18% for 85 when I could have gotten 2 for 70. Not cool at all. For the money we are paying things should be triple checked. I may just goto Wareham or fall river for me needs. From now on. This is the 2ns discrepancy experience I've had at bask.

Love the service and bask brand. Stay away from Strane brand. All of them taste like mold. Everything from Strane taste like mold.

Nice place, great location, Fairhaven, the place where I grew up. Door man/ security guard very friendly. Clean, not a lot of flash or stock as some other dispensaries, but fine. Only draw back was the service. The person who served us was not very friendly and seemed rather bored at the prospect of having customers, including my wife and myself. Maybe next time (we'll give it another shot), will be better.

The access to the establishment was quick and easy with the highway being close by. The ambience was lacking but was clean, well lit though small. I pre-ordered, so was ready when I got to the counter(one budtender was a bit chatty, so others had to pick up the slack). Bud weighed spot on and was packed with a 62% bounce, very nice. Great dry, easy grind and smooth smoking.

I was nervous because there was a line. But it went down quickly. My server was Ellen, and she was very pleasant and informative about the different types of product. My favorite wasn't in-stock at this time, so she recommended something close, and explained how they related. All in all, a pleasant experience.

That CAC brand of concentrate has always been terrible. I have no idea why they keep it on the menu. Take it off already, straight garbage does nothing but fry your throat. They keep acting like it is different but it is always the exact same thing. I am never buying anything CAC again. Shouldn’t even sell it.

Received two eighths that were completely untrimmed. Also they sold me their own brand wedding cake and it was also untrimmed and gross. Not good weed at all.

This is a very nice professional store. I was greeted by a very nice lady checking ID’s, and was given directions to pick up my online order. I was helped by a friendly clerk, who asked me if I needed anything else. Quick prompt service. I ordered a balm for my knee pain, I brand I’ve never used, the lady who helped me told me information on it. I was shown the correct door to exit, and greeted by a very friendly gentleman. This is a very professional, friendly atmosphere, clean, not loud like other dispensary’s I’ve been to. I’ll definitely return, and it’s only 10 minutes from my house, the other was a 1/2 hour. It’s also very discrete, no large signs or billboards. So glad I discovered Bask. They also have a large selection of topicals and edibles which is exactly what I’m looking for!

I am very angry. I went to Bask on Dec 22. A rep was there from the heritage collection and sold me a vape and the cartridge was not in my bag. I went back to Bask. They apparently watched footage and said it was placed in bag I checked twice and went back twice to be treated as though I lied. I did not. I am very disappointed in the service and don't return. I went to. Verilife upon leaving bask and had a much more pleasant and professional experience. So long and go rip off your next customer Badksicks

I was in a hurry, so didn't look around as much as I would have liked. It clean laid out nicely, the staff were helpful, quick and polite it was as good experience.

I think everything's highly priced and especially on low content of THC shouldn't be so pricely ascending New Bedford has all types of level of thcs and they all going for $19 a piece plus tax obviously but besides that it's a lot better than here

Bask is a great Dispensary. they have a large selection of anything you could want flower,vapes,concentrates ect . friendly and knowledgeable staff. I do wish there were discounts or deals for recreational consumers i sometimes travel to further dispensary's to save a few dollars

My bud tender was very helpful. He went above and beyond and compared prices with me so I was getting the best value and product for my money.

I just got a .5 g 510 for 30 dollars. That is what will keep bringing me back and others. Good job getting the lowest price .5g in the area.
