Having visited most of MA’s medical dispensaries, Sira comes out on top every time. The products are of the highest quality and their staff go above and beyond every day, my favorite Sira member is Sara! She always has such a positive attitude and is a hard worker. I look forward to coming in and seeing all of the Sira staff whenever I visit. 10/10 in all aspects from customer service to products. Couldn’t recommend Sira more

I’m not one to write reviews, but the service every time I come here is 10/10, so I felt it was only right. My goto budtender is Santiago who is very knowledgeable and gives the best recommendations on the most fire strains I wouldn’t think of purchasing! What’s also unique about him is that he has an instagram page (@groovy_santi) dedicated to products sold at sira naturals! Idk about y’all but I like to get a good understanding of what I’m gonna smoke and like to see REAL images of flower before I buy it so I know what I’m getting, and his page is really helpful towards that - so if you’re anything like me, I recommend checking out his page & keep a lookout for him at Sira!🍃🍃🍃

Went to Sira today as my first time in a dispensary, ever. My budtender Hannah helped me put together a beginner's dream kit to get started on my new mmj journey. She was patient, informative, and made me feel comfortable in the store. (its like the apple store of mmj). They even gave me a goodie bag to celebrate 420! I was a bit nervous coming it, and Davis Square is not an anxious-drivers friend, but Sira's long menu and friendly staff make it worth it!

Santiago is a pleasant staff member that helped me become fluent with the promotions and new products with amazing patience. Thanks Santiago ! 💪

I am a frequent customer of Sira and I love the vibe and atmosphere but what I love most about this dispensary is Ian. Whenever I come in, he is so welcoming and energetic I always have a blast when I am there. He gives great recommendations and makes me feel like more than a customer but a guest in his home. Even during these tough times , I can see/feel the smile on his face with a mask on and that makes me feel comfortable and happy we still have some good people in the world. Thank you Ian! You rock!

My go-to dispensary! Everyone here is great, but Ian is standout phenomenal. I feel so lucky to have this place down the street. They also have a fantastic rewards program (best I’ve found) and awesome specials.

I have to say I have had a few good experiences here and not so good as well. Today was not so good. My issue is 2 fold. From what I was told by my tender today, They test their product and anything higher than 28% gets put into a separate category and up charged to $60 per eighth. That’s crazy expensive on its own, but I try and source the best bud and will pay for high quality. I would expect at that price and “special category “ it would be top shelf bud...it’s not. The GG4 I got today was more leaf than bud, honestly. I will say what bud I was able to dig up was good but the amount of leaves I pulled from the buds had to weigh an eighth of the eighth if that make sense. Overall just a sour taste and I probably won’t be back. I have gone approximately 10 times and almost every time has been similar. I have enjoyed a few of their pre-rolls but again it’s hit or miss. Better off trying the many other medical locations in the area and beyond!

I visited Sira for the first time on 4/20, and I was blown away by how great the experience was!! I was expecting to have to wait in line for a while as it was pretty busy, but I got in in no time. Had an appointment with Lexi–she's awesome! I was overwhelmed by the huge menu so she helped me get the best deals and find strains that were right for me. I had a great first visit and I'll definitely be back, thanks to Lexi :)

Sira is one of the best dispensaries that I've been to around Boston- they are convenient, have a wide range of products, always promoting new deals and they have genuinely great staff! I've met Sara a few times and she is always so welcoming and knowledgeable about the various products. She always brightens my day!

This place is STACKED with deals and variety. One stop shop with excellent quality and great customer service.

I’ve been going to sira for a few years now and have always had great interactions with the staff, but oh my gosh is their employee Chaton the best!! He has helped me with my pick up orders the last few times I’ve gone in and every time I’ve left with a smile on my face from his hilarious anecdotes and upbeat persona that makes everyone feel like his best friend. Keep hiring people that are this fun and friendly, sira!! It makes the cannabis buying experience so much more fun and inviting.

Sira Naturals is by far the Best dispenery in the Boston area. They always have sales, some up to 60% off. No other place does this & they have daily deals that make it possible for this disabled patient can afford on a budget that's below the poverty level. THANK YOU SIRA NATURALS

Rating my experience accordingly Quality of flower is ok. Lots to choose from but menu is a bit overwhelming. The budtender was nice but I felt rushed during my transaction. It was busy when I went in. As a medical patient things like this shouldn’t be rushed. so you go to an underground store, creepy but then you get checked in and enter the dispensary. Basic atmosphere nothing over the top. Experience was ok.

Been coming here since it opened. Usually there are great deals for 4/20, but nothing on sale here. Going to have to look for the deals elsewhere I guess... Disappointed
