AYR Cannabis Dispensary - Eatontown (Med)

This is now the third time I’ve ordered online and when I get my product in store, the THC percentage is more than 2x less than what it says on the menu when i order. It’s practically a scam. I ordered an 8th that was said to have 40% THC online and then when I drove out of my way to get it, it only had 22% THC…what a joke. Thought maybe this was a one time thing but sure enough I just two preroll packs that were said to be 35% and 37% THC only for them to be 18% and 19%…what a joke. Any other business could be sued for this or at least would be required to give their customer a refund plus credit for not delivering on what they promised. Not here! Instead I get a scolding saying that I should’ve checked before walking out as if checking one minute later in my car without opening the packaging wasn’t good enough…as if I shouldn’t be able to trust what is said online or at least somewhat be able to trust that the THC percentage will be 100% different, not just a few percentages off. Place is a joke and their menu was already quite underwhelming.

The staff and the product was AWESOME.

I’ve only been here a handful of times, however, the staff has always been friendly and attentive, the flower is always fresh, and I rarely have to wait in line (as a medical patient). AYR is starting to give ZenLeaf a run for their money 😎

Great products, great savings, and great knowledgeable staff. However it's a hole-in-the-wall location not suited to effectively service the amount of clientele in the area. Needs to move to a larger building in order to better serve both medical and adult use customers.

I go there on occasion. Usaully I go for one or two of my favorite buds with high THC levels, that I cant get anywhere else. The place is much better since its expantion. Bigger place, more staff, different staff, variety/lifestyle of staff, plenty of lighting, I have recommended this place to several ppl.

1/5 stars. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE Anyone who writes a positive review for this place is stoned or it was their first time. Maybe it just hurts more for those of us that have watched this place fall on its face time-after-time. I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE AGAIN. I would encourage any patient or recreational consumer to stay clear. This is corporate cannabis. They bend you over and laugh about it. There are plenty of new shops nearby you should go to first. 1. Prices... have gone in one direction... up. 2. Product quality... has also gone in one direction... down 3. Stealing of your rewards points without notice - ZERO NOTICE. What was my $80 discount is now fucking worthless. 4. Selling you herb that is more than 50% weaker than advertised, then not taking a return... essentially saying haha i got you to buy it. 5. They literally set policies that show you how meaningless you are. Therefore take your business elsewhere.
