Every experience I have ever had with this company has been a positive one. Their facilities are always incredibly clean and aesthetically pleasing. They offer a warm and friendly atmosphere, and match that vibe with every employee to customer interaction.

After having a competing dispensary refuse a warranty exchange for an O.PenVape battery I stopped by Attis on Barbur to pick up a cartridge. I told them about my fresh experience with one of the biggest dispensary chains in Portland, and how they refused to honor their agreement (even with a valid receipt).
Attis offered to exchange the battery right there on the spot, free of charge, even though it wasn't purchased at their dispensary.
WHAT!?!? Nobody does that! I've never had a business make my / a competitors problem their own and handle it like a boss, but the people at Attis did!
They went above and beyond to help a customer out. That's exactly the type of company I want to give my business to. Congrats Attis, you just earned my loyalty for the long haul. Not just as a repeat customer, but also as an avid brand ambassador.

my wife frequently buy from Atis barbur our home store. We have tried numerous shops. Attis has awesome pricing outstanding quality. Perfect combo. If your in the area stop by...

I have purchased from Attis at least half a dozen times. Although the staff is super nice they aren't the most knowledgeable. Also, they have a tendency of leaving things up on their leafly menu after they have sold from the stores. Kind of a problem if you are disabled and arrange a ride only to find out they didn't have it. Even when trying to confirm strains on the telephone or pre-orders they have still messed up about half of my orders. Also, I have purchased four separate cartridges from here that failed on me. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because the staff is so nice but I think I am done with Attis.

Was the first place I had ever been to with both of my parents… And at 53 years old I never would’ve thought the day would come where I would be in a cannabis store with my parents… My dad suffers from restless leg syndrome and was looking for something to help him sleep… They were very helpful and made the experience very comfortable

Part 2 to this story, So I walked in the next day to have the man behind the desk apologizing for what had happened, explaining that the way they close up shop is supposed to hold the door for a couple last minutes for those last minute customers. Anyway I told him no worries it wasn't his fault. but he went on anyway(amazing customer service skills) :) . The manager was so angry that proper customer service wasn't issued the way it was supposed to be he gave me a premium discount as a official apology. I can only explain happiness on my part as the staff went so far to make it right. Definitely not changing stores now, Attis all the way!

Micaela, Abraham, and Johnny were amazing. This place is highly professional. Only suggestion is for new users, have a small walk thru or explanation tour of what is going on, what to expect and how to handle this whole new experience.

I come in here every time I'm over in Barbur, and almost always impressed. The staff is always very pleasant and does their best to meet needs, even found something at another rec shop that I was looking for. Have had some issues with staff being undereducated on the products and sometimes giving misleading info.
Overall a great shop with a great staff and quality products.

I have shopped here many times. The customer service was why I kept coming back, but recently employees have changed and so has the service. It’s sad that we can’t just get quality service when we are making no refundable purchases or purchases in general. Customer service is key.
Full disclosure I have not visited this location. The reason being is that I placed an order online through Leafly around 6:45pm On Sunday January 12; I was off work at 7:30 and they were open till 9 on sundays so it was gonna work out great.
My usual dispensary has been out of a lot of the brands of concentrate I like so ive been searching for those brands at different dispensaries, so Attis was to be a new one for me. I placed the order while at work on my break and although I thought it was strange that I didn’t get a confirmation text, I just chalked it up to me possibly fat fingering a different phone number in as that has happened before, nbd. I didn’t want to call either in case the reason they didn’t have the order ready yet was because they were super busy, and I wouldn’t want to pile onto that with a ringing phone.
So after work, around 7:40, I drove over to Barbur to find all of the lights off at Attis. I looked in but didn’t get out of my car; I called their phone number and there was no voicemail set up. It just kept ringing; no outgoing message stating that they will be closing early today. I wanted to get a specific type of oil and this sucked, so I resumed my search for my brand in their parking lot and found something acceptable that was pretty close.
The next day I expected some sort of text or call from Attis, apologizing for the inconvenience and explanation that they closed early and didn’t post it anywhere online and they were sorry. I didn’t hear a peep.
Today around 10:30 I called to ask what had happened and the woman who answered said they were closed early for a staff party and there was a sign on the door. She asked if I still wanted them to prepare the order and I told her I had gotten it elsewhere.
Almost an hour later I got a text saying that my Leafly order from Attis was being prepared, then ready. I told her I didn’t want it on the phone earlier and I’m not sure why they did that, but maybe they need to get it together. There was no notice on their Leafly page, or an outgoing message on their voicemail, just a sign on the door; i had to call them first to ask what was up, and when I did call, the person was not apologetic at all and didn’t even listen to the answer of the question she asked.

Great location next to Fred Meyer and there has always been parking out from. they have a good selection of both flower and concentrates both mid and top shelf. I love that I can split a 1/4 or 1/2 and not get charged extra.

Honestly after the incidents we have had with the security staff and how aggressive they are, and how they low key harass you, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes it hard to return to this location. I haven’t been feeling well so I’d chosen to stay home, my boyfriend was out getting flower for us(he’s also a medical patient) and since they hadn’t updated the menu in 6 days, when he went in he called me to let me know what they had, the security guy was literally harassing him to get off the phone, enough to where he left without being able to get something to help me feel better. I called the store to inform them what had happened. Said I’d be getting a call back either that night or the next day, that was monday night. It’s now Saturday. We happen to choose Attis after we missed a drop at another shop, we love Attis, this last time tho def makes us not want to return. And in reality the last 3 times we’ve been there the security team they have is just disrespectful AF and honestly rude and I’ve seen them on their phone plenty of times so apparently that no phone rule doesn’t apply to them. Please improve this area as well as keep the online menu updated for situations like this when someone is ill and trying to stay home and the pick up/delivery option isn’t available, especially if it’s too late in the evening. Please don’t be hassling loyal customers who have returned time and time again and spent $$$$ at your shop. I spoke to the manager Ben and he seemed concerned and apologetic but at this point I now believe he was full of crap seeing I have yet to hear from anyone. TONI ROCKS THO WE LOVE HER!

I like this place a lot - it's cool and modern with a good selection of products and the staff are friendly. The parking lot sucks but it doesn't make the dispensary less great overall.

Never again. I used be a big customer here, but the bud is TOO WET. The people are mixed as well, some people simply act like they don't like selling you bud.

High quality buds and a clean location with a lot of different options for your needs. Friendly, knowledgable staff. In my opinion, it is a more personal atmosphere making it better than some of the more popular dispensaries in Portland.

1st time was black friday! Parking was scarce but it was not only a Friday but Black Friday.
Front desk check in was nice & friendly.
Bud tenders were also friendly & helpful.
Quality was very nice with a great selection. (Both flower & concentrates)
Would recommend this location to anyone & will also be a return patient!

Love this place! One of the only place me and my hubby go. Great pricing! The employees are friendly and know their stuff. Always have a great variety of good flower, prerolls, oils and edibles. Out of the Attis locations my hubby and have been this is their best!!

I am a person who's experience led a traumatic brain injury and take psychotropic medications. I cannot smoke THC without harmful effects. I can to this Dispesnary in hopes of finishing a good CBD strain without THC cross contamination..that did not exist. The manger, Andrew, spent 20 minutes talking to me on the phone about my options and suggested I used something called "Hops Flower". It's in the cannibis family having all the same affects of CBD weed WITHOUT THC cross contamination. Love it.
