Ascend Cannabis - River North

Pre-ordered online & waited for updates. The app said it was processing but never got to “ your order is ready.” The security guard let us in after 20 minutes & we went through the check in process & got our order. This was in the afternoon. At 9:12 in the evening I got a text that my order was ready for pick up. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was at this location a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of being helped by Rachel!! She was so knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I walked in feeling like I didn’t know anything about marijuana and left feeling like an expert. Rachel deserves a raise!! I’m going to post this review everywhere I can think of!

Really nice experience. My first time buying and I hope keep going there frequently. The parking lot is a little complicated but worth it to find some space to buy your medicine! Thanks guys!

I love this location and the products. But today I had an horrible customer service experience. The representative by the name of a Vince was extremely rude and very unpleasant to deal with. If you shop at the location on Ohio Street, representative, that helps you his name Vince, please request a different way sales specialist because that guy is rude and unprofessional.
