So came in for my first time today and it was great got my penny gram and a 8th of 6 start problem is when I finally opened the 6 star it was 2.5 grams short so I gave the dispensary a call and explained what happen and they took my info and said someone would call before close to resolve the issue but no one call witch honestly didn’t shock me so I just want to put this out here so they see this and hopefully this doesn’t happen in the future so ima go smoke my 40 dollar gram and i definitely will not be shopping there again cause they didn’t bother to call back so double check your weight ppl

I forgot to check my order. Came home and it was late. Went through most of it and realized it wasn't what i ordered. (it was the same just the wrong size) Went back the next day where they gave me my original order no questions asked. Very pleased. My preferred dispensary.

Professional Staff Excellent location easy to get in and out of Rt 3 S Shannon M, Super cool took her time explaining the best strains and all the different type of great products. Highly recommend. As a first time visit I got 1g for 1cent And if you bring a new customer in both get 1g for 1cent.

I've visited this dispensary several times and it's always a great experience. Rob was my Budtender during my visit today and he was genuinely helpful. I was looking at the carts and he had a lot of helpful info regarding the highs and how each cart might make me feel. I ended up leaving with 3 carts that I'm very excited to try and a great daily deal too. Thanks, Rob!

I used to love this dispensary for its patient friendly specials. Especially the 3g mix & match shatter for $99. This was the best price in a 15 mile radius by far, and drew me in for not only their shatter but also flower, which they typically don’t discount but goes for pretty standard rates throughout the state. HOWEVER beginning in 2020 the patient friendly prices have gone away. The daily shatter special is gone. In its place is “shatterday” on Saturday which is 3g for $120. This is hardly a discount & downright insulting considering the previous daily deal. ALSO the price of shatter has gone up twice in the first 3 weeks in January. It went up to 45 in replacing the daily 3g deal, and is now listing a single g of shatter for 50. This went from my favorite dispensary, really close to my house, to a dispensary that I won’t be frequenting. The budtenders are knowledgeable and were proud to help patients and offer that fantastic 3g / 99 deal. I’m sure they are upset by the direction of ownership. I hope they continue to do their best under the circumstances for the patients who do not need patient friendly prices who may continue to buy their medication from this greedy owner.

This was my first experience dealing with medical cannabis, and I have been coming here for the last 2 years. Everyone and I mean everyone here is helpful, friendly and most importantly they love their work here.

Staff is great, management is crap. New ownerds shut the place down without notice jn May and just did it again. Can only hope to see how crappy thay make one of the best stores at one time. Keep it up management, just go to Gold Leaf and skip this one.

Loved this place when it was under the Nature's Medicine Brand! Great sales, punch cards to make you feel like you were accumulating free product, decent product and awesome staff! The only thing remaining is the decent product which is now available anywhere, and their awesome staff! Their prices are ridiculous under the Ascend name even though they claim they are all day every day low prices, and they have done away with specials and discounts. Will not be returning.

Nothing to dislike. I loved the smell of good medicine as you walk in! The whole layout of the place is phenomenal. Can I work there? Lol.... Kevin was cool guy who helped me! Shoutout to him. Even though my order was ready he still helped me and walked me through the shop. It's the little things for me. Thanks guys!! Will return soon

This is a great place, my first time there yesterday and from checking in to completing my purchase, it was wonderful. My bud-tender had patience with me while I was trying to decide, he said don’t rush and continued to answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable and he listened to my concerns. I’ve been to several dispensaries in the area and this one is top notch. I received a great welcome package! The atmosphere was great and welcoming.

Friendly, personable budtenders

Everything was cool except I noticed they didn’t keep any of their live resins in the refrigerator. Fresh frozen concentrates NEED to be kept refrigerated to preserve the work it took to achieve those terpene levels, please would love to see a big fridge, or one section for any concentrate that is “live” thanks
