I really can't say anything bad about HCI or the staff. Their all very knowledgeable and friendly. Express is awesome!!! Quick I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong.

Clean and friendly

Very nice staff and good selection

It's a good thing the atmosphere is pleasant because you'll spend a good 45 minutes to an hour there, even if picking up an express order. Because it tends to get crowded waiting around for S-L-O-W service, I took off a star. The staff seems like they're probably really trying but are very poorly trained. Prices are the highest on most items, second highest on a few, of all the central IL dispensaries, and seem to be ever-increasing. If they actually have what's on the menu (other than single grams or shake), get it while the two units they ordered of that item are still in stock, but expect to find that the menu doesn't quite match inventory ever. I've been an MMJ patient for a couple years now, and HCI used to be my go-to. Now it's my last resort.

Hands down the best around the staff is super friendly it's always clean and everyone is so helpful they also have a great selection

From your first time visit on, you will be treated with the utmost courtesy & compassion, and you will be assisted by a staff that knows their products. They will answer any questions you may pose. Made me feel very comfortable as a first time medical patient. The business is very clean & welcoming. They have really nailed it. Great job!

I'm a regular just now getting back in to but always come back placed a order today the response back was amazing once arrived from Decatur I got in my order was waiting on me the staff was all smiling and friendly that's welcoming me just a great atmosphere and the cleanses and the whole process with the virus in all I would highly recommend them I'm definitely be back

Brady always does an awesome job with curbside pickup. Always smiling, always friendly, engages in conversation & really seems to care about his customers. He makes the product pick up a fun and enjoyable process!

Great people who truly care

Have been coming here for almost 4 months now. EVERY member of the staff is so warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting. They learn your name, your likes and dislikes. No matter how bad my day had been, I have NEVER walked out of there without a smile on my face. I always look forward to my visits to HCI ALTERNATIVES. (NOT only for what I walk out with in the little green bag)

This is my first experience like this. My ailments have been hard to treat with pharmaceutical drugs.. A long journey to find something as natural as this and I must say that it has been a great one with this staff of good people! Beautiful customer service attitude, a homely feeling like going to your local grocery store. Pat, Alex, Em, Emma,Kelly and anyone else I may have forgotten you all are so nice and great at what you do.May God bless you all keep up the great work.

Could use better parking but it’s downtown so kind of hard . Everyone there is eager to help and very nice . Awesome products and sales .

Good service, and surprisingly fast considering the early post legalization demand. There was a bit of a line, but the seats in the waiting area are super comfy so that's not even a problem.

I enjoy going to Ascend on Adams Street. Everyone is friendly and I always get the best customer service. Oz is a great budtender. He is polite, funny and always in a good mood.

Grace was very helpful and informative.

Friendly faces!

These people have had 8 months to smooth out their operations but continue to struggle. The online ordering hasn't worked right yet. No confirmation and a lost order. When arrived for scheduled pickup, I had to reorder but by then what I wanted wasn't available. WTF! They are close, so I'd really like to see these folks get their feces together. If the market ever opens wider, I don't see them making it without improving their operations.

Grace was the budtender who helped me with my intake and was very informative and professional!! Ever since that process I've asked for her to help me. Most don't understand, but for some, this is the first time they've ever dealt with this particular medication and Grace seems to keep that in mind when helping the customers. I really appreciate her and hope to see her stick around!!!

The staff at the Springfield location is first rate. I am severely disabled and they did everything possible to make certain my visit there as painless as possible.
