Harvest - Peoria (Medical)

So you folks complaining about the flower quality, poor customer service, pricing should have noticed by now that HARVEST is the new owner of this chain of 3 Dispensaries. it's very unfortunate but they seem to own ALOT of the Dispensaries Now and you can tell which ones because they all have the same problems!! 1. lack of quality flower 2. high prices for said crappy flower 3. new or changed policies without a reason or letting patients know. 4. Overall a feeling that the place is way more concerned with $$ than patients. UNFORTUNATELY, HARVEST has a $350 MILLION set aside for acquiring new licenses. Which to me says, if you have that much $$, stop investing & having 50 properties that are MEDIOCRE at best and concentrate on having 25 or 30 that are really really fantastic!! And Why do we have to pay $50 of 60 for crap flower when theyre making so much $$, they can afford to go back to better prices!!!! 👍

I was a FTP looking for a bomb deal on an OZ which I wasn't able to get due to my allotment. that's understandable, but what isn't, is AS A FIRST TIME PATIENT there was ABSOLUTELY no awareness of this shop being bought out by HOC Avondale. that pissed me off. if you would update your website or leave signs out in your windows. I was extremely disappointed in this situation. and the employees seemed to have little interest in my FTP concern. if I wanted to go to HOC I would have. but I came here and got F🔥CKED!

quality depends on which tiers you get. and the service is bland, I hate coming here boring dispo boring people.

I don’t ever go out of my way to review anything, I just won’t purchase it again; but just want to save you guys the let down. Don’t waste your time on “cookies” Pancake Or lemonade’s Medellin Strains. Both very dry, although I went with cookies pancake because bud tender said it was fresher than their cheetah piss strain; If that was worse I don’t even want to know. I also found a seed in lemonades Medellin. Both 8ths go for $65 I expected the quality to match the price. If you can get your hands on Grow Science products that’s way worth your while.

Showed up to use my FTP deal I’ve only been here once as a rec patient! When arrived guy told me I already used my FTP deal when I just literally got my card a couple weeks ago. Wasn’t very friendly tried talking he gave me complete silence definitely not a welcoming person! After that experience makes me not want to go back!

No need to go here now that I won't get a FTP deal even though I've never been. I know what harvest has to offer. No Thanx

Bud looks and is dry every time and the staff isn't friendly.

The prerolls I got today nd have gotten from here suck! Are they made from the trimmings or the big leafs? They all taste the same. Like plant matter. No matter the %. No matter the harvest date. No matter the strain. Honestly wouldnt even wanna give them to a friend or recommend them.

The staff is hella rude.

Loved this place until they sold out to Harvest. Harvest is horrible, I feel bad for the staff.

This is my worst experience ever at dispensary. I’ve never been blatantly lied to before until today or treated so rudely. I asked about carts and bought 2 color carts. I asked specifically if they would work with my battery. I was told they are universal. The Manager wasn’t willing to help at all went I spent all my spending money on the 2 carts I can’t use. I will never come here again. Never again.

Went in yesterday hoping to use my first time patient but I guess they are with harvest and urban greenhouse now so you will not be able to use your first time here if you’ve been to those other ones. Wish they would have it on their site but other than that they have cookies so that’s a plus

I used to love AZNS. In fact, they were the ONLY dispensary I would go to because they were nothing like the others, the staff was amazing (mostly still is), and wide variety of flower and product. Now that Harvest bought them out, they are crap. 8 selections of flower out of 300 products?? And they aren’t even AZNS brands. They look like they were manufactured in a plant (hard to explain) and mailed to the dispensary. And the tiered prices are a bad idea. Especially since I’ve only gone to AZNS for 3 years and know that a specific strain isn’t “the ultimate whatever you think is high dollar” flower. I’m not paying $15 for a gram of something I would consider a dessert flower...tastes great, but no effects. The point system has drastically changed. I’ve saved up my points so I can get an evaluation/certification and that’s not even an option anymore. Not to mention it takes more to earn less. I have officially decided that I’m not longer going to AZNS or any Harvest owned dispensaries. They are not about the customer experience and needs, they are about themselves and a profit.

This is hands down the WORST dispensary in the Phoenix area. I'm seriously doubting how many of these reviews were written by *actual* paying customers and not their staff members because my experience was VASTLY different than everyone elses. Here's my play by play - obnoxious "stoner" music playing when you arrive in the lobby, which is strangely small considering the size of the rest of their facility. Check in with reception (the ONLY nice part of the entire experience) and wait for 20+ minutes while listening to one of the budtenders flap his gums incessantly while aforementioned stoner music drones on. Finally get called back and get the pleasure of listening to Gum Flap McGee tell me all of his opinions while smelling the worst smelling bud I've ever smelled in my life. Seriously. Stick your nose in there. If it doesn't smell like old shoes and dry hay, I'd be surprised. Gum Flaps tries to sell me some obvious garbage shwag while blatantly not listening to anything that I'm saying to him about what I need. I ended up leaving with "The White" (and a free trash weed pre-roll comprised of stems and "shake") and completely wasting my time and money. The meds were well overpriced, did NOT work and were not properly cured, and when I contacted AZNS to see about an exchange or refund, I was told by Tom to expect a call back from "Blythe" that never came. I don't know about you, but that screams to me "We've got your money, so you can go sit and spin now" TLDR - Pretty looks aren't everything. If you want to buy overpriced ineffective schwag from a "beautiful" warehouse, this is your place. If you want quality medication that actually works like it's supposed to, I'd suggest looking at literally any of the other dispensaries in the area.

i had an great first expierence at this dispensary. great quality flowers, a huge selection of edibles, and only 3 miles from home. I will definitely be giving back!

There are some unclear restrictions on their first time patient deals, I'd have call ahead before i drove down there if I'd known.
