I love the service and the location... never have any problems here

My biggest complaint about this place is that they NEVER remind you about the points that they offer you. Every year I forget about them, trying to get in and out quickly, and every new year they reset and I lose them all. Your bud tenders should make it a point to look to see if people are accumulating points so they can use them. it’s just good customer service. I always end up remembering as soon as the transaction is done. Maybe next time I have to have you guys refund it and redo it is that the way it needs to be done?

USED to talk highly of this dispensary. Now that they have two separate areas inside 1-for rec and 1-for med. NOW med patients sit longer than Recs. Came in for a deal on their flier. After driving in the tender said that was from last weekend and they do not have any of that product any more. Ok no worries accidents happen. Came back again and Now after checking in 3 med patients after me have been called in. Receptionist stated he cashed someone else out under my name?? And had to reverse it(while 2 more med patients go in). Finally after being called back the tender had an attitude like I was bothering her for coming in. It’s unfortunate I drive pass 6 different dispensary to come here to be treated like this. Take care Azcs. Was a good run until you prioritized recs over med patients.

the girl working wasn't very nice. when I asked how referrals worked she asked what do you mean? mind you I was a first time patient. the quality of trees was not very good. dry and stemmy. and it was "top shelf". the place is very small but they had a cool look into the grow room. that and i didn't have to wait is the only good thing about this place.

Stopped in tonight for a quick purchase, spent 30 min talking with Dana about a few ailments. Legit people, great products. These guys actually seem to care, when others are just in it for a quick buck. I will be going back here more often!!

I'm a regular because you guys have decent meds at a decent price, but I hate that I have to settle for your customer service. I'm in all the time and it's the same everytime. and from reading other reviews, it's time you guys took a hint and either start being more friendly, or hire a more proffesional, educated staff. it's sad that I know more about alot of your strains than even your own budtenders.

my favorite part of AZCS is that window in the storefront that looks out to the grow. Happy and frolicking in the fan`s wind they dance and release their own pungent stank in the air for all to enjoy. Thank you, budding beauties. i HIGHly recommend this place.

I appreciate the spacious accommodations The main entrance and the waiting area . On to the good stuff... My initial assessment walking into the salesroom floor was; this is beautiful! Plentiful variety of flower lots of special one off strains period my favorite out of any store are there display jars which have a much larger flip top tracks for terpene evaluation. Adittionally you can unscrew the cap quite easily to take a closer look. Finally, lighting is very important to me and this facility uses high contrast well lit lights that correctly and accurately display the flower examples. I looked at many different strains but for the most part I can say everything was definitely top notch grown. Sing the farm in action through the large display windows throughout this store is definitely a plus. I walked away purchasing Jack Herer, White Lightning and Double Tangy Banana as well as a gram of the moon ticks Which were at $25 a gram best price I've seen. I really appreciate the 1st time 10% off! I'll definitely be making the drive back to your store. -Brian Z

The staff are always smiling and friendly no matter what is going on. I bought some cartridges the other day (early bird special), and two of them were stripped. I brought them back, and they replaced them with no worries. They even started going through the rest of the batch on the spot and pulled out the bad ones. I visit at least twice a month, and it's always been excellent service. Every chance I get, I recommend the Cannabis Society to everyone that is interested.

Budtender had an attitude

I came today for the first time and picked up an oz of Blueberry on special great quality great prices. The facility is amazing and there were two hot budtenders taking orders what else can you ask for. Def my new spot!!
