Amnesia Dispensary & Accessories (Med + Rec)

I don't usually write reviews but my experience there was just sad. Today I went to Amnesia on San Mateo at around 8:30/9pm. I parked and decided to call to see if they had 'Sherbanger'. They said they did. So I went in and one of the girls in the front told me no they don't have it. Stupid me told her ok let me get something similar, she then pointed to the menu. So I chose 3 grams of apple fritter instead. She comes back with a miniature container with my "3 grams" I immediately knew 3 grams would not fit in that container but i walked away. I came home to weigh it and sure enough it weighed barely at 2 grams! I paid for 3! Then I started to think deeper and decided to call them pretending I was someone else and I asked if they had 'Sherbanger'...She tells me YES they do. So I tell her everything, from how this girl at the front told me they were sold out of sherbanger then me buying something else and her giving me literally 2 grams instead of 3. She (girl on the phone) then tells me that she's the manager(girl on phone) says she doesn't know who I'm talking about. So I tell her she was a short fair skin girl with black hair. She then tells me that she can't give out her name and that it was just a misunderstanding and then she hung up. The MANAGER! Its one thing to tell a customer something is sold out when it isn't but it's another to rip customers off. I wish I read the reviews before going there because a lot of people's reviews on here are talking about their grams being half a gram or 8ths really weighing 2.8 instead of 3.5. If you have a brain you will never go to this place. If you try it out, come back here to the reviews and leave a review. Let's let everyone know how disgusting these people are. They should be embarrassed messing with people's MEDICINE. If they can't make it as a respectable company they need to just hang it up now before they get caught up and end up doing prison time. I just wanna start off with you need to be very careful when purchasing from this place, not only have there been several occasions where I've returned home to weigh what's given and 8/10 times I've came here the weight has been short, one time I had even gotten half a gram for the price of a gram which was absolutely ridiculous, other times eighths have turned out to be like 2.6-2.8 grams. So not only is this place very untrustworthy but the flower is very hit or miss, I can't even grasp why it is most of the times I've came here to purchase the flower I purchase smells like dirt. I've personally never gotten dirt cannabis from a dispensary before, this reminds me of when I was in high school and got ripped off by some kid selling cannabis at school lol. Seriously though this place really irritated me today, not only do they seem to not have any air conditioning and an extremely uncomfortable environment but this dispo doesn't even do what it should at least be doing. Which is selling quality products. I do not recommend purchasing anything from here unless you know the staff personally and they actually tell you what's good and what's not. But the prices are cheap for a dispensary and the quality is exactly why, you most definitely do not get what you pay for though. Even worse the flower I picked up today tastes like chemicals through my bong I can't even grasp how this place is selling dirt. I'm most definitely not coming here again.

I placed an online order with a total of 8 items, that weren't available at the Isleta location. We got to the San Mateo location to pick up our items and the disinterested female at the counter let us know they only were able to fill one item on our order out of 8 items. That's fine I get things run out, but that's why dispensaries notify customers ahead of time not after you drive thirty minutes to pick up the order. Then the nerve of her to be rude! ugh first and last time going to the San Mateo location

So why not vent here? Take these reviews with a grain of salt. Most of them are poorly spelled and have awful grammar, so we can see what caliber of folk we are dealing with. I've had a few minor issues, but simple and correctable mistakes. My complaint is not with the establishment, but with the customer base. I've seen people grown people throw tantrums for not having acceptable identification, overhearing trauma dumps, assholes asking shitty questions, just being overall abusive. So before you take any poor review into consideration, think of who is writing them. Decoding their cryptic text is difficult, however these 2nd grade dropouts took time out of their day to string together something coherent and sensible. They failed but A for effort.

It would be great if they kept stop mixing up he buds. Give me it one day and the next is totally different. It always happens wit the 20$ 3.5. Know it was too good to be true. They give you the real strain then give u what's ever after. I have pictures and proof. This happened to me 4-5 tims. Even after I call Stefani and will manager itsjus sad. It keeps happening to me I'm medical patient and this causes anxiety putting wrong strains in the jar. Is not prepacked. Please stop switching it. Or keep them separated if it's two diff Strains but this keeps happening to me. Please fix and update green jar is the one the night before. Lsd. The real one. Then the clear jar ( so can see the difference). It was about to close and they did me so wrong. I ordered online. Ad I'm regular customer. I didn't get two like was going to. But this is getting out of hand. Do not play with people medicine please . Stefani. I've tried to call but was so late. I thought put note on my acct as well. Please help

Wasn’t the greatest, I went in there having high expectations due to their online order service just for the guy to tell me that I’m not guaranteed what is online. The gentleman did not know what he was doing. Had no knowledge of any of the products did not know the computer system on top of that made me wait 30 minutes also had high tax rates a zero out of 10 don’t recommend prices online did not match in store. Try to charge me more although I ordered online to pick up and get out quickly. I was there 30 minutes.

First time coming here because they had a deal for shake at $60/oz. I was able to get 2 ounces for less than 1 ounce almost anywhere else. Online order was ready in minutes and when I arrived to get my order I was the only customer so I was able to get in and out asap. Flawless experience and will definitely use again.

Put in the online order. They said ready for pick up went into store. Employees didn't know how to enter new people into system. Didn't know how to find my product And he went and got someone else when they came out They did not have what I ordered and did not offer me anything as far as a discount and from a long drive there and It was the only place that had that product I was looking for never, ever,ever will I visitors that shop again.!!!!!!!!

I was told by Mariah that all the items for my online order were ready to be picked up. Once I got to the shop. They said they were completely sold out of 5 of my items. Why are they available online if they are out of stock? Seriously you shouldn’t be telling your customers that all of their items are ready if they aren’t.

Third time in a row… first trip I paid for a gram and got a half (cart). Second trip I paid for a gram and got a half (cart) (went back and got issue fixed). Third time I ordered edibles online and item was not in stock at store and was given choice of new flavor but received oil instead of edibles.

The bud looks the same even though it's different strains looks nothing like it does online and was supposed to have 3 grams only got 2.4 will not go back to this one

Ok, bought Black Lemon Kush x Leeroy Triangle Kush, Caviar. So I had to research this one. Not much info. But I broke each side down and I have smoked both my parents and grandparents of each strain. It hits like candy. You can taste the lemon, and earthy, diesel on both inhaling and exhaling. High hits immediately, it's a full head-to-toe High. Great for watching or listening to music or talking with family and friends. Major cotton mouth. My go-to for dabs and OG strains. Check them out. Great selection and awesome budtenders!

I thought I had found the place, good hemp, friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders. Thursday I ordered three strains to pick up after work. They sent an email saying my order was ready for pick up. After work I waited in line for 20 minute, get to the counter and was told they were out of all the strains I ordered. Why email me and tell me my order was ready? Suppose I was coming from some distance locale? I don't care how great your product, your integrity sucks. Won't see me there anymore.

I have been shorted grams on multiple occasions and they are always out of stock on multiple items. bad at updating online

Two times in one week I placed an online order and they communicated back with me saying my order was being filled and it was being packaged we drove down from the East mountains and then 5 days later we placed another order and as we're driving down we get the same kind of text messages it's being filled asks if we're excited and just before we show up they send you a text saying they're all out but they will replace the order with LSD well the ounce of chem dog that we ordered originally was buds they said they were going to replace it with LSD when we got there it was a green container full of shake that I wouldn't give to anybody cuz who wants to smoke Shake I'm very disappointed and then the workers act like they don't know what's going on saying the owners aren't here during the weekend to change change what's going on on the online orders well because they're too lazy to take care of their business they're wasting my time I spend at least $100 a day there never again thanks for wasting my time I need my medicine and you guys are at home not paying attention to your online orders or what's in the building or not in the building to sell

People were great. Prices not so much. Didn't ask if I was a vet, just wanted my medical card.
