Very happy to finally see a quality medically minded dispensary in Keizer. The owners and staff truly care about helping people with their medical issues and always get to know the patient before recommending any treatments. They are very knowledgeable about the chemical makeup of their products and have detailed lab testing done . The best part of this patient minded mentality is the very reasonable prices. I hope they continue to grow and provide some healthy competition to the Salem area. P.S. Please sign the petition they have to be able to sell consumables in Keizer as this is an unfair and uneducated policy that fails to account for patients with sensitive lungs or patients that prefer the extra body relief edibles provide.

Could be way better. Nothing free for first time patients. Mid-shelf bud at top-shelf price. Expensive prices. I wouldn't visit again they're are much better dispensaries in Salem. Don't waste your time.

Nope - No - No thanks. I went in looking for medication. I purchased some to be kind, but not because it was what I wanted. The selection is sub par for a shop, hard to believe that they can keep the doors open. Folks were nice enough, but the selection was weak.

I feel that flower is very low quality for such a high price.

WHY DO YOU NEED A GUN. I have been in here a few times and their selection rarely changes. Usually low to mid grade green house flower. Prices are ok for what you will get, between 6 and 9 or 10 dollars a gram. I also felt very uncomfortable when I noticed an employee brandishing a fire arm on their hip, this is a dispensary not a prison. Will it be ok if I come in the shop with my fire arm on my hip? Probably not. I wouldnt do that any way this is an environment that is supposed to be worry free like a Dr. office. To get my business back I would like some of these issues to be resolved and I would give them another shot.

I use to come here a lot but recent few stops in, the bud has been super grassy and hay flavor. Have tried multiple strains from them too and they are just way to pricey for some oregano.

It was a fairly easy process getting in and out, clean location, and most important quality flower products although the selection may be few at times.

Still my favorite place with my favorite people. Amazingly sweet with wonderful recommendations when i don't know what i want.

Ben, I just want to say thanks again for having a very inviting, and wonderful place to go get my medication. I enjoy walking into your business having a pleasant conversation with yourself and ALL the staff, and walking out of there EVERYTIME with QUALITY medication and great knowledge about cannabis in some form regarding to my personal ailments. Being on a budget and having day to day life expenses on top of needing quality medication, I appreciate your very reasonable donations and its so nice to have someplace to go where not only do I feel comfortable, but so does my fiance, whom which is my caregiver, but new to the cannabis world. So again, Ben, Cory, Ally, and ALL the staff at Alpha Alternative Solutions, thanks again. P.S..... the "New Years Bubbah", GREAT for pain and helps induce sleep, if sleep is a problem. Might I also add, the "Jagermeister" is one I can personally say, works wonders on pain and insomnia. Either way, I encourage EVERYONE looking for quality medication, to stop by Alpha Alternative, YOU WILL WALK OUT THE DOOR HAPPY!

Alpha Alternative Solutions is possibly my favorite dispensary. The staff is friendly and helpful and their prices are easy on the wallet. I also get a kick out of the sign spinners every time I pass by.

This place is a joke don't how the doors are still open glad there are more shops opening in the area he quality of the bud is awful bought a preroll from them and tasted like cigarettes straight nasty! People don't waste your time

They have okay prices, but great deals if you catch them when they come up. The quality of the weed can range... sometimes they have things for sale not on the shelf and if you ask, they’ll give you a peak at the hidden items. Overall, I really like this tucked away, dispensary, in a pinch or when I want low THC .

Horrible experience; was treated very rudely by their bud tender employee. I placed my order through Leafly pickup and the dispensary never confirmed my order, nor did they reach out to me by text etc. Rude employee said he doesn’t have my order or know what happened to it and totally brushed me off and said no manager was available to discuss my order with. He was so unprofessional and just told me to place my order again. Never going there again.

it's like walking into your high school dealers house, outdoor I mean it's low budget at best their $12 a gram bud is their only bud worth it's weight, they have good oil and they know alot of information if you ask but it would probably have to be the worst shop I have stopped in. I know they will be offended and probably delete my review but that would just validate my point. they have a lot of fixing to do to this shop. I hope they do so.

UPDATE: I tried to give Alpha another chance, and ended up disappointed yet again. I will not be back. Everyone says how nice these people are, they don't seem any more welcoming than any other dispensary in Salem. In fact, I feel like I really have to engage them to get them to tell me about the products, my questions are usually met with blank annoyed stares, and get comments that are less than helpful like "everything we have is good...". The budtenders often being very stoned doesn't help their customer service. My biggest complaint here is the quality of the product. I'm not sure if the buds are being picked too early, or not being cured correctly, but I get a very minimal buzz out of most of the products here, especially for being 20%+ on THC. What would last me over a week from other dispensaries lasts me about 3 days when I purchase from Alpha. The buds are almost always VERY moist, to the point I have to sit them out and let them dry to smoke them (I've tried at least 6 different strains here, all but one were like this). This place might be ok for novice cannabis users with no tolerance, but there are MUCH better dispensaries for seasoned smokers.

this a small down to Earth it would be in "Mother Earth News" Great Service and Product . They respect Loyality They are only "store" which weighs product in front of you

Alpha has been my one stop shop for all things medical for over a year now. The employees there are fantastic, Wally, Mr House, Corey every employee is ready to help you out and answer any questions you may have. They have Happy Hour Specials, a few different kinds of pre-rolls ready to go(priced fairly) and so many concentrates to choose from. Alpha has remolded their waiting area too, tons of room now with glass cases full of pipes, rigs you name it. I know my business is appreciated when I shop at Alpha, its a nice change.

Having read other reviews, the negatives ones for this dispensary are really laughable. When you walk into this dispensary you feel like you’re in an upscale doctor’s office. The only thing your doctor wouldn’t have are video games. The medicine is only top shelf and there is no other dispensary in this area with more knowledgeable staff. From everything I can see, Alpha only sells the best. Kimbo Kush. You get what you pay for and this is the best and most potent medicine I’ve ever used.

Probably the lowest quality shop in the area- dry overpriced product. The shop area itself is quite small and uncomfortable.

I had left a not so great review about a month ago but decided to try my favorite shop one last time and I am so glad I did! The changes are fantastic! Menu and prices are great! The new place is spacious and nice. More importantly the staff are so helpful and friendly! I am so happy for the changes and that I got my go to shop back. I am so glad I can continue my patronag! Been going here for about 7 years. Happy to have my Alpha back. Much💜
