Don’t complain, just don’t return. If you complain about any issue you will get a hassle to get it corrected or just get asked not to shop there. Flower is good, concentrates over-priced. Issues have come up from Mis-labeling, incorrect product and/or pricing while paying, or not fully trained budtenders. Staff service has declined since they opened. According to the owner they welcome local law enforcement in their shop and have called them for assistance, causing them to be inside the store on occasion. While it’s legal, there really is no reason for a uniformed officer to be inside the store — it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Oh, yah and forget the fact that I used to go here daily, sometimes 3-4 times a day and spend well over $10,000 since opening, only to be treated like this as a loyalty reward.

Great product and very knowledge able. Everyone I have encountered has been extremely kind and helpful.

2nd time trying to do a pick up order with this store. 1st time it was never fulfilled and then 8 days later received a notification it was ready for pick up. This time over 24 hrs later I got a text it was ready for pick up. Went to the store and it was never fulfilled. So they had to get the order ready then. Order pick up service is terrible for this store.

Stopped her on my way out of Anchorage. Staff was really nice and very helpful. I visited a couple other places while here in Alaska but none were as good or helpful. Had tons of concentrates which was a big plus.

This has been my main dispensary for quite awhile now (been going here for about 2 years or so), & they've only been getting better with time. The store may be on the small side, but the selection of products they have rivals that of the larger ones. The products change over time, but the quality stays the same. I've been impressed by how their selection of edibles & concentrates has expanded over the years, but what has me coming back every time are the buds (aka flowers). What I really love is the rewards program they have. All you have to do (as of this post) is get 5 receipts & bring them with the next time you come in. They give you a VIP keychain tag, which will automatically apply your discount. Most dispensaries you'll get points with each purchase (after giving them your name & phone number) & then use those to select your discount, which sucks 'cuz the good ones usually need a lot of points. Anywho, to end my Great Wall of Text, let me say that the budtenders are awesome. They're nice, knowledgeable and always worth tipping.

I just absolutely adore coming here. The deals...? Outstanding. The customer service is nothing but greatness. My concentrates are always cool to the touch & there’s an excellent looking young woman of color who coerces me ever so sweetly & I happily empty my wallet every time. 20/10

I originally went here because it's easy to access from my place in Airport Heights, but came back because the staff is super friendly and helpful. Great selection (I feel like other dispensaries sometimes barely have anything in stock), so I don't have to search around Leafly for something I want beforehand. When I first came in I was a new cannabis user, but the staff was very accommodating and made me feel welcome.

A while back I was in the store before our local mask mandate was put in place and an employee actually suggested I remove my mask. I was taken aback but I nicely told him I’d like to keep it on. I was in the store today when a gentleman walked in without a mask. I gave him some time then asked the employees if they were going to ask him to put a mask on. They did not. The man said something to me about Covid being not a threat to which I responded, it’s not optional it’s a municipal mandate. He left to get his mask. While he was gone the employees told me they are not allowed to ask him to wear a mask which I can only assume is company policy. The state mandate does not require businesses to enforce this however, it is the ethical, safe, community minded thing to do. I will be going to another weed store. Most in town require masks and provide them if needed. Outside of this major issue the weed is good and staff is always friendly. Just not a safe place to go.

The staff are very helpful and have no problem taking time to answer any questions you might have. They have a great selection and decent prices with weekly specials. Used the Leafy app for the first time to order ahead with zero issues. My order was waiting for me as soon as I got there. AK Buds should definitely be your first choice when looking for good quality product.

The reasons I’m not giving this location five stars are twofold. First and worst, I bought a 1gm cartridge of what I thought was Fruity Pebbles. I got outside and saw on the label it was called “Fruity Cereal.” I asked the person who sold it to me if these are the sam (I’m pretty new to smoking so for all I know they could have been). He (happened to be outside too) said yes they are and I believed him and absolutely regret that. The effects were not at all what I hoped for or expected. The other reason is situational and may be particular to me but the mask situation there is dubious at best. I’m one of those who is at risk and only leave my house for medication and now, for cannabis to help with the side effects (nausea, pain, general cancer stuff). It improves my quality of life immensely when I find the right strain. If they wore and asked others to wear masks and they gave proper strain information, they’d be a five star location. Protect your customers.

Tiler recommended CBD freeze for my chronic hip pain. The product is amazing. It's like BioFreeze with CBD with a roll on applicator. No smell with a suttle menthol feeling. The product is highly recommended. I will be purchasing more in the near future. Thx
