AK Frost - Anchorage

I like the location, but the customer service is not good to me, and I don't like how small it is. I also wish the product was better and bigger. I felt rushed and ignored . I won't be coming back.

couldn't even buy. was about to before I heard the female in there try to give information and was nowhere near the ball park on accuracy. Ended up laughing and walking out. Make sure your staff is educated before they start spewing out of the mouth. Never know when someone knows the real answer.

Very disspointed. Weights are short 2/4 times. It has run of the mill potency and turpine profile to its buds, nothing amazing. Ive been 4 times, and two of the 4 they have UNDER WEIGHED me at least a gram on my purchases of 7 grams or more. I have been jipped and they will not re weigh pre packaged buds of their own cultivation. All they offered me was to buy more cannabis at the same price. Very dissapointed.

They short you. Bought two grams. Weighed at home both were .25 short. They shorted us .5 out of two grams.

Definitely my favorite shop in town. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. More often than not, you can get an 1/8th for $25! Their weed isn’t spicy like some other places in town. Overall I love this place!!!

Have had good experiences in the past. Last time in I was unhappy. Shopping for a quarter of golden goat. They were out of quarters. Would have expected to be able to buy two eighths and pay for a quarter. Manager declined. I declined to buy two eighths at 50 each when a quarter is $70. Other places I've shopped have been happy to mix and match. Not sure what their problem is but it appears that it's all about the gouge for them. I contacted them by email to let them know I was disappointed but whoever monitors the company contact email didn't bother to respond. I guess they don't appreciate my business.

They were advertising 1 g cartridge for $50 so I called them to confirm and they said it was a mistake but they still honored it! Thank you Rodney! Wish I could say the same for uncle herbs, mistake or no mistake they won't even honor the deals they have posted online, if I were you I would stay away from them. Stick with AK Frost, $40 g of shatter SOLD with honor and dignity as advertised!

I was in Alaska visiting and this was the third dispensary I hit up due to not knowing all the best spots being a tourist..the price and quality of the product was by far the best out of the three I visited!

Used to have good deals, but those have gone downhill along with the bud quality. Also it always smells like the employees smoke on the clock and one of the budtenders was so high he had a difficult time helping

I just moved up here from Wisconsin so I was only able to try out one other dispensary. Upon saying that I don't want to try any other. It was easy to find, the tenders where very nice, professional, and informative. The selection so far has been fantastic. Agent X is highly recommended. 15 years of experience in marijuana and the quality at AK Frost I promise you is top notch. You won't regret shopping here!!!!

Staff is very professional and competent. Excellent selection of product, love how it is all grown/made in house. Two Cannabis Cups and a medal do all the talk I need to illustrate product quality.

I went to ak frost on 7.5.17 and stood there waiting to be helped after watching 3 people that came in after me get help I decided to leave and go elsewhere like I should have in the first place. I will not again recommend this place to any of my friends and family and I won't be back. I felt completely ignored. the girl at the cash register knew I was there because she checked my Id and the old lady completely made me feel like I was invisible as she helped the people behind me. I don't know if this was a racial thing?? but it felt horrible to be ignored that way. I will spend my money else where. Poor customer service. at least in my eyes. how do you expect people to want to come back if you don't even acknowledge them!

Amazing shop. The most knowledgeable budtenders I've come across with genuine customer service. The prices are also unbeatable and the bud is the the best I've found in Anchorage. If you want to shop at a dispensary where the budtenders actually know their stuff and buy the best products, come to AK Frost.

This used to be my go to store. Been coming here since they opened. Quality of product has gone downhill, as has the service. With the number of shops in town now, I will not be spending my dollars here. There are other locations with better flower, prices, and employees. Not recommended.

This is a very minimalist dispensary. Not much to see here, an atm, the product and a few tees. Pretty much mirroring the customer service of the little dude who is always rude and short with me, even though I’m a regular. He always gets my order wrong, even after I correct him. The guy even tried shorting me my change once. The other staff are pretty dope other than him, and the product is good quality and fairly consistent. I recommend Golden Goat, both flower and concentrate.

Good quality bud at a very budget friendly price. Trim work could be better but it still smoked perfect and pretty smooth. I picked up a half OZ of Ganesh. THC doesn't always matter coming in at 18.91% still packs a heavy punch very sedating but with a slight mental rush of energy so kinda like a melting sundae on a hot sunny day. Perfect strain for a stressful day. So stop reading this review and head on down to Ak Frost.

I have heard nothing but good things about this place. They had the strain I was looking for that no where else had. Super friendly when I came in, helped me get everything I needed and quickly. Will definitely be coming back. Also HIGHLY recommend Gods Gift if you need help sleeping!

Super cool atmosphere, Sam and Irwin were super helpful recommending the God's Gift. Exactly what I was looking for. They were super busy but took the time to help, they definitely know their stuff. Highly recommend this location.

My absolute favorite place in all of Anchorage, the prices are by far the best in town and after trying the strains I bought I would highly recommend this shop to everyone looking for good quality and good prices!

I believe the employees are exceptionally polite and professional, as well as educated and never leave me feeling unwanted. I always walk out with a smile and make the drive from across town every day!

The prices and customer service were good! It wasn't very busy. The industry is just warming up here in Alaska...give it some time!! In the mean time, light up, shut up and be HAPPY THAT IT IS LEGAL!!

I came here with little knowledge but Sam was really helpful and helped pick out some great stuff for me. Definitely gonna be coming here a lot and gonna recommend this place to my friends.
