I think the customer service at the Flower Shop was excellent, the atmosphere was comforting in each employee made me feel wanted and comfortable since I was a first time customer @ any dispensary... I suffer daily from chronic pain and anxiety so having AJ (a Flowershop employee) was very knowledgeable and familiar with their products that they sell. I have severe social anxiety and AJ took the time to go through each strain and let me know what the best strain would be for my symptoms as well as the ones I should stay away from and explained that there are hundreds of strains some of which could induce panic attacks\make my paranoia worse. I will definitely be returning and I will for sure referring my friends!

Low key place, never a wait to get in. perfect late night spot for some good flower!

Nice clean shop with a very good selection. They weigh out the product right in front of you and the staff have always been friendly. Where they really score high is the $6.25 pre-rolls. $10ish at other nearby places. The wait time can suck at high traffic times, but the staff typically drop a "thanks for waiting" or something of that nature.

The store was great however Saturday and Sunday mornings bud tender was not helpful. They did not know their strains, my bag was under weight and overall I just felt uncomfortable. Will be sure to stick to weekdays.

This place is way pricier then other dispensaries around town. But that's the beauty of having options, you can go where the deals are. It's definitely not here :(

Came in early today. Got some dabs and RSO. Peeps were super chill. Dude even ran my change out to me after I forgot it. Definitely coming back.

I spent 180$ on 2 new c02 pen and 3G of oil cartridges. Well 3 days later my cartridge started leaking out the bottom. I took it in and asked if I could switch it out and they told me no! I then asked if I could at least get a discount to another cartridge and they said no. They wouldn't do anything for me! Since then I have visited 8-10 other dispensary that before I made my purchase asked if any issues came up with my cartridges. They said they would replace them!! So needless to say I would not recommend this place or go back!

I have only been once, but had a good experience, I would go back again. The only reason I didn't score the atmosphere higher is because there wasn't anyone at the reception desk, and it was kind of disorienting to have the guy poke his head out of a hole in the wall behind me. I think once they have the rest of the place open it will feel more welcoming.

i forgot to get the bud tender's name since i was in a hurry, but he was the only person on staff when i arrived. his knowledgeable feedback helped me decide between 2 different shatter strains i was considering. xj-13 is also my favorite strain & its what i wanted when i came in, so i appreciated him NOT discouraging me from buying an eighth of the remnants on their xj-13 supply, despite having much better quality cannabis available. i will be back. please just keep your concentrate prices affordable.

so far this has been my go to spot because of convenience. They are fairly priced and quite knowledgeable. definitely a recommendation is to be had

Very intimate experience. Not I've crowded or to many sales people. You feel like you can takes you time. Customer service was good. Seemed to be very knowledgeable of products there in the shop and even about products coming soon. Overall very nice experience. Just good people.

Worker was not overly welcoming when i said it was my first time there. Items all priced over other shops I've gone to. No first time freebie or discount, but i convinced him to take off a dollar on one item as i literally had no more cash--as he'd watched my ransack my money to get the $67 cash. ( i was unprepared for shopping.)
