Ace's Place

During this time of global pandemic, Ace’s Is bringing multiple customers into the store at the same time and asking them to fully remove their face masks to receive service. They asked me to remove my mask with another customer less within a few feet of me who wasn’t wearing a mask at all. Now if they would have asked to see my face outside in the open air I would have considered it, but the staff there said it was for the camera, completely unacceptable. Mind you, we are still under a shelter in place order in the state of CO that hasn’t been lifted yet. They refused me service and I left immediately without fuss and will never return even once things are “back to normal” I’ve been shopping there for a year due to its proximity to my home. I repeat never again. Ace’s place doesn’t value its customers or their safety, there for I would advice you all think twice before spending your hard earned dollars there.

Looks like it’s in a creepy place but honestly it’s a fantastic store and the people who work there are knowledgeable and friendly.

Did not like that I ordered something online and when I picked up they gave me something else. What’s the point of ordering online? I’ve had their Mandarin Sunset before and it was good but yesterday they gave me Mandarin Sunset with all super tiny buds with really bad taste and smell. Leaves a nasty after taste I can’t get rid of and gave me a headache.

Ordered ahead, called to verify my order, was told all is good. Drove all the way there. Stood in line in sub freezing temps for 20+ minutes just to be told that they can't keep their inventory right and even though my order is there they can't sell it to me because the Metrc tag had been sold out. Meaning they sold several people the wrong strain under this metrc tag... Was my favorite spot. I don't think I will be back. Not any of my family or friends. Cheaper options down the street. And better options for quality in town. Friday is just a gimmick here ..... Good riddance to this place in my life.

Masters of bait and switch. Horrible attitudes from most of staff. Will never shop there again. Worst type of people in the industry.

I went in this dispo thinking it was gonna be decent, but sheeeeshh did yall sell me some bogus ass flower that was filled with nothing, but bogus chemicals.. burned tf outta my throat. on top of that it had holes indicating pest was in the product, like yall really doing it for the money and not the medicine. Poison MID packs for sure.

I have average anxiety and most places I go, I operate just fine. Just usually quiet asf. Here, however, it’s a different story. I’d like to say first that the prices/quality of product make any experience I have here worth it. I have been treated badly here before (it was beginning virus so I like, kinda understand) But even when I was treated poorly, it still wasn’t bad enough that I wouldn’t go back. Today I ordered online (because I know I’m more awkward here than normal, so I have been lately) & then I went to the bank before getting there (to give them an appropriate amount of time to pick the items). When I got there, I waited in the parking lot for like.. 20 minutes? W nothing? After almost an hour passed from my original order time, I just got up and got in line (I also overheard other patrons saying their systems were on the fritz) You should know, really fast, that this place isn’t the most organized looking establishment. They’re like, pretty hidden. Only 3 people are allowed in the (small) waiting room at a time (which is a good thing tbh w the virus) But there’s no way to see inside? So if you’re in the overflow line & you’re next, waiting to go in? You just gotta keep opening the door and checking if they took another person in. It’s really awkward tbh. Past that, you wait inside, in-line, and then they come get you.. 1 by 1 (as they do at so many others). This gives people a lot of opportunity to stare at you? Which like.. really really fucks w me haha When I got into the showroom thing I explained that I ordered online & he basically told me they don’t do that anymore? Which sucked because I took out enough money to use the rest of my points & but the stuff I ordered online And they don’t have an ATM in the showroom.. so you gotta like? Run back out and take out money again (if you didn’t have enough). But honestly? I stayed true to my original price & thought I’d be good w my points? (I took out $2 less than my total because I was gonna use points) But then they informed me that they either restarted their points system? Or redid it? I don’t really know tbh. But yeah. I had to go get more money 😂😂 So altogether i was likely looking like a crackhead by the end cause I was like really freaking out (sorry to the 2 guys who talked to me haha) But yeah. That’s my experience. Kinda bad? But not as bad as it could be.

This I my first & favorite place to stop. I only wish I could get more than a ounce a day (What an awful problem to have, right? Life is tough sometimes.).

I love this place! I've been to other dispensaries in the area, and while Aces is smaller than most, they have the best atmosphere, the best quality, and best bud tenders. I've never hesitated to ask questions about anything because they're already super happy to answer and help. I won't go anywhere else!

At first, I couldn't find the place! It's around the side of the building. Good selection, Awesome prices. Super friendly people working there. 5 stars!

Wow, this shop is consistent. I get quality service 100% of the time regardless of the customer volume. This is BY FAR the best dispo in Northern Colorado.
