Just stopped in for the first time to 9th State and it was a wonderful experience— folks are helpful and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is very welcoming. They have a great selection of buds, and at an amazing price. A good distance from South Burlington and Vergennes. They even have a points system for good discounts. Can’t think of a single thing that I would change.
