Funky place, cbd concentrate was not the best we've tried, limited flower offerings. Been twice now going to High Desert dispensary in Madras where we get superior cbd concentrate and flower. I am not an employee of High Desert. A real customer who is discerning.

I like that they always seem to have a $100 ounce. When on a tight budget these guys will take good care of you. I like the log they have inside they display their herb on but there is no real good way to tell what is what.

This dispensary is in the running for one of the best dispensaries in central Oregon. If you can get passed the location it is definitely worth checking out. They have a great selection of flower for indicas, sativa & hybrids plus all other products for medical purposes. I would like to see pure terpenes in the store though! I think the pricing matches the quality of products. They have a variety flower for all different ailments from anxiety to back pain to insomnia & more. I personally would prefer to pay more for better quality medication so I am happy to drive out of my way! Usually they have some sort of amazing deal that is more than worth the drive. My favorite are Mt Hood Magic, Fire Alien Strawberry, & Rude Boi. The bud tenders are friendly and knowledgeable and very good at helping customers reach their desired effect. Check it out for sure!

5th lmnt use to be my regular spot to buy meds. Shopped there for about the first 6 months after they opened. Meds have kept their same quality, great friendly staff that is knowledgeable. However I stopped going because it just seemed the prices of concentrates there are very expensive, I'm not a price snob. Just seems they are the same quality of oil that use to be being sold at 25-35. And if you went in on a day it was a sale you could walk out with 5g for 120. It's unfortunate.

This used to be by far my favorite shop in Bend for the past 2 years until they must’ve changed management or ownership the past few weeks and I’ll never step foot in it again! The products have gone down in quality and Corbyn and other friendly budtenders that Helped me on a personal level seem to all have left. I have a medical card for severe crohns disease and seeing the employees smoke cigarettes in the parking lot is off putting to say the least. I look forward to taking my business elsewhere after the last experience!

Bought some really dry leafy herb and wasn't impressed. I'm not willing to spend California prices just for some weed. $90+ for a quarter is ridiculous. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm thoroughly impressed by this place. Their bud is among the best and most potent I've had, and the cure is just about how I like it. The atmosphere is excellent and it's definitely the nicest dispensary I've ever been in. A comfortable, nicely decorated waiting room with plenty of reading material, with a flatscreen cycling through their daily specials, and an ATM adjacent. The service was good, and the bud room very attractive and well organized, with clear labeling. I will definitely be returning, and I look forward to seeing what they offer in the future.

#1!! THIS is THE dispensary to go to. It's beautiful inside. The waiting area is comfy. The selection is incredible and their top shelf strains are the best we've found. The staff is amaze-balls!! Corbyn and Bobby are experts not only in cannabis, but in customer service as well. They will send you home happy as a clam, every time.

2nd visit, came in on 4/20 at opening time 8:00am. There were two other kind patients waiting with me. Staff showed up right on time, full of energy, and got patients moving within minutes. I only came in for an 1/8th of Pennywise + an 1/8th of any sativa, and they surprised me with the ultimate hookup of a Free 1/2 oz of delicious Girl Scout Cookies!! And I had only just asked if were had to put our names in to be drawn for prizes xD They also recommended their famous Isaac Haze as a strong sativa to counter balance my high CBD Pennywise. I've had a chance to try a little of everything I got, and the quality is top notch! The staff here is amazing, they really know what they are doing. Service is incredible, and bud quality is exceptional. Absolutely made my 4/20 the best ever! Thanks 5th LMNT!

Love this place. Staff and atmosphere are totally welcoming and the selection is over the top. Their B grade flower could be other shops top shelf. Hands down my go to spot in Bend.
