3Fifteen Primo STL

For one of the busiest dispensaries in South St Louis since medical legalization, you would think that this place would have its act together, but you thought wrong. 15-30 minute wait times have been standard unless I come at the most unsuitable of times (read: right when they open or at obscure times in the afternoon before 4), they never seem to have half of what they advertise, and the overall attitude of 75-90% of the budtenders is "I dunno choose this one". I enjoyed the prices at first but even now that's shifting to "designer" pricing for even the low-tier goods. In fact, last visit, they had no available sativas in anything other than one strain in 8ths, no prerolls, quarters, or concentrates worth anyone's time. I will definitely be taking my business to Carondelet in the future.

I used to like this place but they let someone else pick up my medical order without my permission- when I wasn’t there and hit my allotment for 30 grams. I called them thinking they would help me get it off my allotment since I didn’t get the product. I was basically told to deal with it and buy it on recreational. I have a big problem with that.

This is my first choice for a city based dispo. Has the largest selection by far of adult use products (and this was even true during the medicinal only era). I'm always fond of 3Fifteen bc they carry a lot of Flora products, giving those of us of the working class affordable mids! The staff is great. Everyone that worked during Medical is now running BOH duty but the new staff handling adult use is just as great and always helpful!

3Fifteen STL is my #1 place to shop. Great variety and cheapest prices in town!

I had my first bad experience suprisenly after nothing but good experiences prior over the past year. I asked my checker, or tried to ask her a question 3 different times before finally just giving up since she was to busy joking with her co workers than to listen to me or answer my question. Don't know if I'll be using this place as .y go to anymore or not. This last eight I got wasn't very good either. Very disappointing

This is by far my favorite dispensary! I’ve been shopping here since the opening. It’s in the greatest location making it the best little neighborhood shop. The service and employees here are the best! They are so friendly and genuinely just good people. They are fast and professional but make it a very pleasant experience. And they deliver! I’ve had a few deliveries, always smooth and convenient. I’ve been a regular there since it opened and never have I had a bad experience. Even if I make a mistake, they quickly and very generously fix it for me and still make it a good experience shopping there. I didn’t even mention the deals! The point system is great and does save when I need it to. There’s always BOGO deals and other sales going on, not to mention their happy hour (3:15-4:20). They are very organized and are always improving. What a great team!!!

I went today my favorite edibles bogo & a vape I saved rewards for today had 15 saved up didn't realize the taxes were the way they were I should have known anywho , I was $2 short I was going to take an item off but BRANDON my cashier , I feel seen the pain in my eyes and put it in out of his own pocket, I've never seen him in there before and I go there and only there my friends go everywhere else but I don't , he is the best that was the sweetest thing that he could have done not knowing me , HE DEFINITELY DESERVES EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

This was my second visit to 3Fifteen, but it’s been over a year since I last stopped by. Given their impressive selection on the website, I assumed the in-store experience would match. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The service I received this time was incredibly disappointing. I believe the manager, a young white woman (possibly named Chloe?), was very rude. Her attitude came off as condescending and borderline racist. She was short with us and her tone was far from welcoming. During my first visit, the staff were amazing — 2 guys, (who, ironically, i believe were also managers), were both super helpful and informative. They made my first experience great, which is why I brought my friend this time, hoping for the same level of service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all. Both my friend and I ended up leaving without making a purchase. I won’t be returning.

Love my experiences here either when I shop online or in store. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations. Staff are quick to double check their work to make sure I’ve had the best experience.

After checking out several places, I went with 3Fifteen. I could not have been more pleased. Friendly staff, quality products and smooth process. I'll be back next time I am in SL!!
