First time visit. Their staff is very knowledgeable, kind and eager to help. The location and atmosphere was a professional one, and I was in and out within 15 mins. Will definitely be returning and would absolutely recommend this place to a friend!

My Boyfriend and I went here for the first time it was a great visit and very nice. Zay help us out and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We definitely will be going back there again. :)

Zay was awesome, as was the woman who was there( sorry I didn't catch your name!) I am picky as heck and have a hard time finding the product I want to buy. Ann Arbor healing had several I liked and I am VERY happy with the quality of the products I bought!! Thanks guys!

Very easy to find. Secure but friendly atmosphere. I am a mother of a quadriplegic with shoulder issues and Brandon was very pleasant and helpful in listening to my concerns and his recommendations were spot on. Worth the trip. ❤️👍🏻

Drove from Kalamazoo to see what a legal recreational storefront was like. Great staff from the dude at the door to sales staff. Everyone was friendly and great to talk to. Zay helped me through my first legal purchase and I was impressed by his sales skills, personality, and his knowledge and his enthusiasm for the products he was speaking to me about. I wish all sales people I interact with day to day were more like Zay. GPS had trouble getting me into the parking lot but that's fine because when I come back I will know better. This was a great experience and I'm glad I went the distance to visit this location. Thanks for making my first time excellent!

Great location, nice selection and helpful budtenders. Also note they open at 9, helpful for morning working stiffs like me. My only gripe is the waiting area is calamitously small, however I’ve never had to wait more than a minute or two. Overall a great alternative to going down town A2.

The young lady Tiara was very helpful. I had questions about what would be good for my pain, use the weed in the store she was able to help. She all so was able to help me other names that the carry at time that would help.

My father and I stopped in Tyra was our bud-tender she went above and beyond. She was genuine and extremely helpful she took her time. GO SEE TYRA :)

Because of covid I had to wait in the parking lot. The gentleman who helped me at my car was friendly and helpful. After I got my gummies I sat in the car for a while because I was concerned about what I ordered. He saw me sitting and came back out to check on me. He couldn’t answer my question and went back inside to get my info. They all are very helpful and always give me great service.

Super friendly staff, very helpful. Our bud tender helped us pick specific strains for our needs and was very knowledgeable. Wish I could remember her name but she was super nice and cool with us being our first time, really helpful and chill. Overall great experience, definitely excited to come back and see their rec stock expand.

I placed an order at 6, the order was confirmed and rejected upon arrival, rather than half the order & achieve the legal limit of the sale, with the excuse that they couldn't ring up 24 prepackaged items within 10 minutes of close despite the fact that they had 3 hours to complete the order or contact me regarding the size.

So easy. Kelvin came to my car immediately and was as friendly as can be.

Overall not a lot to buy, they only had v fire cartridges which I got talked into buying and I wish I didn’t, first of all my claw v fire didn’t even last a week, it will not charge any longer(this is not my fault either I haven’t dropped it or anything), and those cartridges for some reason only smoke half of it like it seems to be using only the liquid on one side. Save yourself the frustration and money and don’t buy anything v fire, it’s convenient sure but not nearly worth the money if it doesn’t even last a week.

Ann Arbor healing is a convenient shop right off the freeway. My bud tender Tierra was friendly and helpful!
