3Fifteen - Grand Rapids Plainfield (Recreational)

I dislike the fact that there was false advertisement about the thc content in an edible I had ordered. It was sold as 200mg; there was literally a sticker over the actual thc content printed on the original package: 100mg. I will not be returning to this place that I have only ordered curbside pickup from. Guys are friendly, though. Flower was decent; I hope the scales are balanced.

1st time in there wasn’t new patient deals. (Now apparently they do)2nd time they messed up my order. 3rd time budtender said they still had 2 for 55 carts only to be told he was wrong when it came time to paying. I like this place but they need to get their crap together. It was cheaper than most but they are slowly raising prices. Bring back 2 for 55$ Fwaygo carts :)

I ordered online and went into the store to pick it up and it was all ready for me! They only allow a few people in the store at a time so be prepared to wait a little bit before going in to shop. Nice products though.

I have been to this location 4 times and I will not return. The last time I ordered an hour before hand. I went in to pick up the prepared order, they told me to go to the car, call and tell them I’ve arrived. I call, informed the computer was down, couldn’t tell me how long I’d have to wait.. 10.. 15..20 min?? Couldn’t say. Literally 45 minutes waiting!! Can’t say there dishonest about the wait, it’s indefinite. Their service is awful. All my visits was just poor service and slow. Two checkout clerks/lanes are a joke and bottleneck for transactions. I will not return.

As my first time ever being in a dispensary I was very excited. Going in with some strain research in mind beforehand. I asked for a sativa dominant hybrid. The budtender who helped me was helpful, but yet not very knowledgeable about the strain he recommended me. He recommended Do Si Dos. later I found out it is a indica dominant hybrid. also it seemed he tried showing me the more expensive strains. At the counter I had to repeat myself atleast 3 or 4 times that there was a %15 recreational deal on flower. Too which the worker had no idea they had any deals going on. Next time I will likely order off of the app, because I don't want a couch locking strain, I wanted something energetic, help me to concentrate, and be happy. I am not putting the place down but for my first time ever being in a dispensary, which I voiced, I expected a little more attentiveness by the budtender. Also for some reason I saw a rather large woman in back just sitting there shaking her head over and over, and looked at me and rolled her eyes, and shook her head. I really don't know what was up with that.

Keyshawn the cashier was very helpful, and kept the flow going - leading to improved service time.

Ordered online and it was ready right when I went into the store. They try to keep a small amount of people in the store at once as well. Very nice place and nice products as well!

Everyone of the employees are nice and ready to help. The budtenders are very knowledgeable. The store looks awesome. I have been in at least once a week since they became a Rec dispensary, and I plan on going again and again.

Horrible place! For pickup u wait forever!! Staff isn't friendly. And try to order on Leafly and they won't fulfill any orders! Don't recommend. I recommend going to Ascend plus every weekend it's always 20% off!

Just the worst customer service. Been here four times, this is my last. Every time I place an order ahead of time, it’s confirmed and filled. Actually picking it up is a hassle. There’s no priority to customers, even with preorders. Customers who arrived after me without preorders helped first and orders completed. Waited in line to be told to go outside and call for someone to bring it out. Then when called , I told systems were down, couldn’t give an estimation on how long to wait outside for my order. My order was suppose to be completed and ready. This place is awful. Waited 40 min after calling. Been here an hour waiting for a pickup order. Still waiting… someone send supplies and forward my mail, could be here a while.
