Every time I visit 3.15 the staff is always professional and informative. In fact, I never leave without a great deal or product. I tell all my people about 3.15!!!

Everytime I come back the strains are new and exotic. I come once a week and this dispensary has the best products and variety along with speed on wait times. the staff is all very sweet and knowledgeable and everyone is handsome with good energy.

Worst dispensary in West Michigan hands down! Customer service is non existent and the only thing that they care about is turning over customers and profits. And you better hope that you don’t have any issues with product, I did and it’s almost a month later and not a single person has reached out to try and help. Go somewhere else!

My budtender was incredibly rude today and lacks basic customer service skills. She laughed at me when I said I found 3Fifteen on Weedmaps, and proceeded to talk poorly about Weedmaps. The concentrate she recommended is complete garbage. First and last time I will ever shop at 3Fifteen.

Wouldn’t buy any of there outdoor they having going around from candied farms right now, I bought the pink cookies and twice baked cake yesterday and it definitely has powder mold in it. I just dropped it off at the MRA to be analyzed.

I stopped here because of all of the great reviews and I was so disappointed. I spent literally thirty minutes in the waiting room. I was finally able to pick out my items, but it took the staff forever to weigh everything out and then on top of that, they forgot to put my Raw Cones into my bag. not sure if I paid for them or not. the prerolls I picked up were awful. the flower was decent. this was hands down my worst experience as a medical patient and I will never shop or recommend any of their locations.

Not prepared for increasing volume for recreational, forcing medical patients to go to the end of the line. Same for seniors and veterans.

Pricing online is misleading than what you pay for in person. Budtenders don’t wear masks.

I like the fact that when I have questions they have answers. I never have to question the professionals there. In fact, every time I have ordered from 3.15 they have gone above and beyond my expectations and offered quality deals!
